Best Maintenance Service in Phoenix AZ

Just finished using King and Francisco for the second time. I called him for a service call and found that the unit was not fixable. He was out 2 days later and because there were tenants that needed it to happen quickly he had it in tested and happy people in 3 hours. I totally recommend these guys !!!

Temperature Pro and General Manager Sam Barrow were extremely timely and professional. They have a very informative evaluation of my unit and were transparently honest on the performance on my current system, and the potential for a new unit. Would use them every time.

Called at 9am as my AC went out. James showed up by 11am and had it back up in running within 20 minutes. He took pictures and showed me what’s wrong as well as prices for the part needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!

AZ Perfect Comfort replaced both our units, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we had old units, so had AZ Perfect Comfort service both units. During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. AZ Perfect Comfort showed them selves to have OUR best interests at heart - how often can you say THAT about an HVAC company! Thanks to John, Robin & their crew. They've proven they deserve to be the ONLY HVAC company in my cellphone!

Came to our winter place in Arizona and found the A/C would not cool down . Called Benefit Air on a recommendation from a neighbor. The repairman Juan came out within an hour . Checked out the system and found the problem. Parts were not available that day but he came back and fixed it the next day. Cleaned up after himself showed exactly what was done and the bill matched the estimate.

Now that she’s had a good experience, I believe it’s time to give a much-deserved five-star review. We recently purchased a home that was 14 years old, one of our AC units went out and we knew the other one was most likely right behind it. We got quotes from 7 different local HVAC companies and decided that we wanted to go with Trane due to past experiences with their products. We chose Howard air by looking over reviews and because of the sales person that came out. No pressure, no gimmicky car salesmen stuff that we got from a few of the other companies. They did a load calculation on our home and set us up with amazing equipment and a great price. The install team was right on time, very polite and worked fast, they had both units replaced in one day. We love the new equipment, had to replace our nest thermostats with the Trane versions which was sad, but the rest we love :)

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

This hot water heater was installed 3 yrs and 1 month ago and it started leaking. Contacted Parker and Sons and they came out the next day. The technician Saul was very respectful and professional in his service. He answered all our questions and called supervisor when he didn't know the answer. The big issue I have is that the water hear itself was covered but the labor was not. This labor cost was almost $800 and he was working on it for 4 hours. How can Parker and Sons feel good about charging $200 an hour for labor?? The water heater alone only cost $800 at Home Depot. Thank you Saul but I will never buy anything else from Parker and Sons and will contact Costco about this as I purchased this water heater through them. Absolutely a rip off for labor.

We realized the crew arrived nearly 20 minutes before the Sales representative's expected start time. The crew greeted us at 7:00 a.m., went over the work order with us, and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of our questions and gave us a plan out goal for the rest of the day. After getting a feel for the layout, the crew split up and conquered. They did an amazing job!! I highly recommend Goliath Mechanical to anyone in need!!!
