Best Maintenance Heat Pump in Phoenix AZ

Comfort One installed our heat pump in 2018. We've had system maintenance check ups every year since. They've earned 5 star reviews every year. They're one of the few companies I trust completely.

Used them through our home warranty company. Very happy with the professional service. The technician arrived on a 115° day and got our AC back up and running in less than an hour.

Howard Air did a great job installing our new air conditioning and heating system. From the beginning when Scott came out and gave us our bid, carefully explaining what we would need and why, to our installation by Paul and his team. They were very professional, pleasant and took the time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend them.

Arcadia Air came out to service my mini split ac. . I thought the fan was not working. The technician reported thamy unit was fine. He diid not charge me fee. I would recommend them .

Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I chose Preferred Air among three A/C contractors because I was impressed with owner Daniel Hernandez's demonstrated knowledge, clear communication, low-pressure approach, competitive pricing (2nd lowest), and his honesty in scoping a project that was less complex (and costly) than I initially thought.

Preferred Air replaced a 2-ton unit, repaired ductwork, added a new return, and replaced my water heater.

They completed the project ahead of schedule, and they were honest about not needing to complete a portion of the invoice, reducing my cost by about $400.

I liked the workflow app/software they used for billing and invoicing.

Lastly, I thought they were to blame for a broken faucet in a bathroom. I contacted Daniel the day before Thanksgiving. He had two guys arrive at my house Thanksgiving morning to see if they could repair it. Once I spoke to them, I realized it wasn't their fault. Talk about commitment to service!

Matt called prior to his visit. Upon arrival his uniform and personal appearance was impeccable. After entering my home he explained his process and answered all my questions. He placed a new filter in my return and went the extra mile and cleaned the metal grate. He also showed me the duct dirt by using a paper towel, then explained the process of getting them cleaned as well as an approximate cost. I found him to be very thorough outside and in my attic. He advised he lived in my same vicinity and said I could request him for future potential issues. If I need future repairs or replacement, I most certainly would call upon Matt.

Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

My air conditioner was replaced by Tom and Steve in May 2020. Their service was amazing and they are very trustworthy guys from start to
Finish. . So it has been working perfectly until a week or so ago when it was 111° Out and the temperature started climbing inside. I called and spoke with Tom and he told me they would be out there the same day to see what the issue was. He told me by 2 PM. Steve shows up at my door at Noon! He said there was a faulty switch of some kind on the unit and he quickly replaced it and it has been working perfectly ever since. Living in Arizona and having your air conditioner go out it’s probably one of the worst things but I am so thankful that I found this company from a referral because they have been nothing but professional and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 10/10!
