I have used REEIS on multiple occasions and for multiple reasons. REEIS sealed all my duct work for a single family, 3,000 sq ft home and they did an outstanding job. I also required emergency A/C attention and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Very thankful for their work, and although I forget, I need to get them out to do my annual A/C maintenance!

Great service at a fair price. The technician got my A/C running quickly, fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat and gave me some pointers on getting the best performance out of my system.

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

This was my first time using ACE Home Service and I must say I received exceptional service! Tyree was an absolute pleasure! He was patient and very professional. I literally didn’t even know where my water heater was. He was very patient while helping me locate it and explained what happened and why it need to be replaced! He then explained what my options were and gave much needed recommendations. He really made the experience effortless!

We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

Comfort One Air Conditioning Came out the Same Day to Repair our AC Unit. They were prompt, we're pushy, propped up our system and gave us advice on next steps. Honest company, would highly recommend them!

Love that these guys are a local family business. My system was over 15 years old, and these guys were able to come out the next day after it failed, bandaid my current one and gave me a competitive quote. Few days I finally pulled the trigger, parts were in stock locally, and the install couldn’t have been any more professional!

My heat was not working; we had a problem with our thermostat. The Sun Tech representative check everything and all we needed was to reinstall the thermostats onto our app (as they are app driven). He we efficient and didn't charge us for anything unnecessary.

I'm writing this review to warn others against doing business with Howard Air. If you decide to use them, you will overpay for parts you do not need, overpay for any new system, and have to deal with deceitful techs and high pressure sales people.

At the end of April, my A/C would not turn on. After some Google searching I had a Howard Air tech come out. There ended up being a lose wire, but the tech insisted on installing a capacitor, even though the old one was still working. Since the visit and capacitor would be charges, he talked me into signing a one-year service agreement for over $430.

Well a little over two months later, the A/C stopped blowing cold air. Another tech came out, and immediately started with the sales pressure of buying a new unit. He determined it would be $1500 to fix it, but it I agreed to buy a whole new system, they would fix it for free while I waited 3 weeks for a new install. This was another red flag. I asked him to give me a copy of the diagnosis, and he said it would be emailed to me. It never was. I called the next day asking, and it was still never sent.

A few hours later, a Howard Air sales rep comes out to discuss a new system. He immediately starts trying to find unnecessary extra costs to add on. Even though the last A/C ran just fine for 20 years, he was trying to tell me the air intakes are not big enough, etc. Either way, it's not pleasant to live here in the summer without A/C. The sales person starts talking about a lot of extras I'll get, which I later found out are now required code by any installer and included regardless. He finishes up and tells me I'll have the quotes that night. He did not send the quotes until the following evening.

By this time, I had find a different company to come out. They were much more honest, $1300 less for the same system, included a variable speed blower fan, and were able to install it the next day.

After my install, I called Howard Air to cancel my service agreement (I paid for a year and used less than three months). I expected the two service calls not to be reimbursed, but of course they found all sorts of excuses not to give me any money back.

At the end of the day, it cost me a couple hundred dollars, but at least I'll never have to deal with this greedy company again.

Great service. Arrived on time, worked hard, delivered an amazing product! Friendly, easy to talk to see. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

First let me start off by saying we had an issue mid day Sunday afternoon. Water was coming up through our toilets and our tubs in both bathrooms. Their tech Santino was so helpful and cleared the drains. ON A SUNDAY! They were not over priced. Friendly service and seriously helped us out when we needed someone to figure out what was going on. Thanks guys!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with an A/C team! Goliath Mechanical came out to my house and got me a barn new unit for the beat rate I could ever find! If anyone needs a great team this is the one!!

Chuck has been to our house twice - once to asset the problem and then again to do the repairs. He is very cheerful, friendly, confident, and excellent in what he does. I know we will get the best man on the job with Chuck.

Samantha is awesome. She understood that our AC was blowing hot air and getting an appointment as soon as possible was important. She called me several times when she had cancellarions to get a technician to my house same day. The technician, David, was prompt and very professional. So far, I am very impressed with Preferred Air and would recommend them.

Update: Preferred Air exceeded my expectations. Although the repair didn't last and we needed a new AC, Preferred Air did everything they could to help keep the house cooled down and get the replacement scheduled as soon as possible. The entire crew is professional and they did an amazing job. We are very happy with their service, quality of work and detail to customer service. Highly recommend Preferred Air.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!
