Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.

Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. Broken pipe between well and house; leaky shower and broken toilet flushing mechanism. This was a Sunday emergency and Tim, the plumber was here for most of the day - including time spent getting the right parts. The quality of the work was excellent and Tim was the consummate professional in every way. The experience was not cheap, but the quality of what I got more than made up for that. Chuck and his crew installed a new roof jack and supply and return air ducts. They also removed the roof opening and associated duct for an evaporative cooler that was removed when the new heat pump was installed. Then repaired the roof. Great job! On time and worked all day in my attic and on the roof when it was 105 degrees outside. Chuck is a detail guy and made everything look good. Definitely will recommend to others. George Brazil is my go-to contractor.

We were able to get a same day appointment and our technician was early. He understood and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it well. He did the work professionally and cleaned up after himself. He also took a quick look at our water system, spotted a broken part, and repaired it on the spot under our warranty. Overall a great experience.

Had a leaky solar/electric hot water heater. Contacted Patrick Riley and Bo was dispatched. He showed up on time and called prior to arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and started to work on the replacement immediately. He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!
