Taps and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, take the time to run all the diagnostic tests, had parts on hand and are fairly priced. I contacted them on a Friday evening, and Taps was out the next morning and had my AC running within the hour! True quality work and great people to work with. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer all those I know to Taps, Jessica and their team!

Good service, bad response time. They don’t call back and don’t respond to voicemails. It took 4 days to get service and in contact with them. I would go else where.

Last week on the hottest day of the year, ac blew a fuse at 4:30 in the afternoon. Howard air got an excellent tech out there within 45 min. I need any more, other than that's why I have used them for years.

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

We had several leaks at the bathroom 2 plumbing. Their response time, knowledge, understanding, and professionalism was extremely appreciative. Any plumbing issues that we may have in the future, Parker & Sons will be our first call! I scheduled an appointment with an electrician to repair some outlets and a hot-water heater timer. The soonest they could get to me was 6 days out Tuesday 12/14. They gave me a time window of 10AM to 6PM. I got a curtesy call around 10:30 Tuesday and was told I was on their schedule. They couldn’t give me an updated timeframe for the electrician arrival. I called them around 1:30 and was told I was still on the schedule. I called again around 4 and was told the same thing. At 5:45 I called and was finally transferred to the scheduler and was told the electrician wouldn’t be able to get to me, they were over booked and they wanted to reschedule me 5 days out. I had a few a few choice words with the scheduler and overall service. I took off work so the electrical work could be done. They left me hanging and could have informed me much earlier in the day. Also they wanted to reschedule me out 5 days when an electrician should have been at my house the next day. Extremely poor customer service. I will not deal with George Brazil in the future.... I would like to give 1/2 Stars...

George did a great job. Got it done in short time ordered me a new unit. Next day had cold A/C.

We have used Preferred Air twice in the past year! Separate situations with different units and both handled with ease. Daniel is so quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. He manages to always fit you in his schedule, especially if it’s an emergency! We had to have one of our units replaced and he and his team arrived when scheduled, were polite and even finished early. Cold air in Arizona is a must and Preferred Air is always who we will work with. Thanks Team!

Finding good service providers is part of a simpler, kinder life, I feel. Mears is one of those for us. For the past few years, Mears has helped us out several times. Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didn't have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!

I called Parick Rikey Plumbing after seeing an ad on Google. They had a special on drain cleaning which I felt might be the situation. I called around 9:30 and was promised a service call would be available around 11.00. The company had someone at my house by 10:30. Mike Clark did a wonderful job unpluggign my kitchen drain. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers in the house. He was very informative while he was working and gave tips so the problem wouldn't be repeated. He tried not to make a big mess while he was working but even then cleaned the area up before he left with the job complete. Will definitely use again. Very professional!

Took their time to make sure things were done correctly. Did not rush and resolved a vent issue that needed to be fixed that had nothing to do with the pm. Very pleased with service.

We’ve used this business twice for AC repair. They’re honest and don’t try to sell you equipment or services you don’t need. They’re also responsive and punctual.

I was referred to Mountainside Air by a family member. We had not had our AC tuned up for 6 years and it was time. They were very professional and took there time. There were a few things they found and did not pressure us into anything but made there recommendations and with that was a full report for us to make an educated decision. I would highly recommend this company. They felt like they cared unlike these huge companies that just hire people left and right and want your money! Thank you Mountainside Air!

Our AC stopped turning on out of no where. We were glad it didn’t happen during the peak of summer but were hoping it wouldn’t take all week to fix. We reached out to Our warranty company and Sandy (sp?), the tech from Crispy Air and Heating came out next day. When he got here he was on time, professional, and friendly.I had a horrible experience with a tech from another company last year. So much so that I was really dreading having another tech come out.Such a relief to know that there are still good techs like Sandy out there. I will be recommending these guys to everyone.

I have been using Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration for 2 years now utilizing their maintenance services. Locally owned and operated they are prompt, professional and trustworthy to what needs to be addressed now and what needs to be addressed in the future. Excellent customer service through and through.

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

Purchased a new HVAC system and Thermostat. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend.
