I agree with all of the good reviews here. We moved to Arizona in 2009 and have used Howard Air ever since for servicing, and a new installation on one occasion. There has never been an occasion when I have thought ' Maybe I'll try somebody else next time '. Professional, quality, service and pricing'- that's Howard Air for me. Have never been without a working system at any time.

Rose is, competent, knowledgeable, timely, clean and a great communicator. I pre-book and request Rose for all my AC maintenance calls. Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. I called Parick Rikey Plumbing after seeing an ad on Google. They had a special on drain cleaning which I felt might be the situation. I called around 9:30 and was promised a service call would be available around 11.00. The company had someone at my house by 10:30. Mike Clark did a wonderful job unpluggign my kitchen drain. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers in the house. He was very informative while he was working and gave tips so the problem wouldn't be repeated. He tried not to make a big mess while he was working but even then cleaned the area up before he left with the job complete. Will definitely use again. Very professional!

We we're gone for a period of time and had our gas turned off to avoid the monthly charge. When we returned and the gas rep came out to turn the gas on he said he couldn't turn the gas on to the furnace because of an air leak between the furnace and the concrete slab. It has been that way for 10 yrs since the furnace was replaced and the gas company was ok with it. Now we have a problem? I called home shield and they hooked us up with crispy. I explained the problem and they sent a senior technician out because the gas company was involved. The tech checked it and said it was OK, and turned the gas on.

I have used them for years, and was disappointed to discover they no longer service my area. They did refer me to an additional provider.

What a great crew! They were on time courteous and very professional. I got a 5 ton trane with great discounts including a military discount. We had some rain but the owner Gerald kept me in the loop and rescheduled quickly . I would recommend them to everyone

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.

I would like to commend Troy and his company, Air Conditioning of Arizona (ACA), for an A+ experience from start to finish. When calling to schedule service, Samantha was kind and efficient. Hunter, the service tech, was extremely personable and incredibly knowledgable. He not only diagnosed my issue but took the time to show and explain everything to me. Unfortunately, because of its age, I needed to replace my unit. At that point, Troy, the owner of ACA, stepped in with options and pricing. There was no pressure, just good pricing, and total professionalism.After comparing prices from other companies, we decided upon ACA who not only had the best price but had earned our trust. Phil and Erik were the leaders of the installation team. They were right on time, ready to work, with a smile. Phil and Erik were extremely professional and efficient. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned the area thoroughly and made themselves available for a total explanation of the new unit and answered all of my questions.ACA is a total class act and I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your air conditioning needs!
