I utilized the services of Handyman connection on two occasions and was very pleased with the service and work i received. David DePaul did a great job for me. He is professional, timely, thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable about the work he does and willing to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the work he is doing while he is doing it. I really appreciated all the work he did including replacing a ceiling fan, centering my dining room chandelier, installing dimmer switches, replacing my bathroom shower head and assembling/hanging an outdoor wall water fountain in my back yard. I would highly recommend Handyman Connection and David.

The installers were very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The materials are a high quality. Salesman was a bit inpatient with my husband when he asked for additional designs on the second visit to our home.

We recently moved to Scottsdale and have called on Response Crew several times for various projects at our property. They are wonderful to work with! The team at the office is efficient, communicate effectively and are very attentive to your requests. The two tech's who have been at our house multiple times now are Angel and James. They are awesome, easy to work with and always get the job done! I would recommend Response Crew and James and Angel to anyone who needs to tackle their TODO list!

I have known and had work done by Steve for 16 years! He has done everything from large water leak repair jobs to small fix-its. Always professional, on time, tidy and attention to detail is top notch! Highly recommend! My husband and I had been researching for several months on live edge tables as an anniversary present to each other. I had incidentally seen an advertisement on Facebook for Citizen Wood Company and was immediately drawn to the beautiful tables that I had seen posted. I reached out to Tommy and he immediately was on board with my vision. Wow, what he made for us exceeded every expectation. He found the perfect piece of wood and created what he dubbed as a lake effect dining table. It is truly a work of art and we get more compliments on it than anything else in our home.

Tommy kept us posted on each step of the process and it was soo awesome to see our table come to life. Tommy has a real passion for his work and it shows from beginning to end. Thank you Tommy for creating an heirloom. Now we are thinking about what he can create next!

Ray of Light fully restored our very dated kitchen and bathrooms. They look brand new! Great company. If you have new counter tops and good cabinets, but you hate the color. Refinishing by Ray of Light Artistic Design, Inc. is the way to go.

Mediocre at best. I would not trust him with anything but the simplest of tasks, for which you will pay above market.

We loved the design and the product is well made. Our installer was great and very efficient. Closet by Design always kept us up to date and were always on time. I would highly recommend.

James and his son installed crown molding in our living room and foyer. They did an excellent job and were very careful not to cause any damage to our furniture and walls. The job was performed in a very efficient and cleanly manner. James is an accomplished finish carpenter and pays great attention to detail.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have finish/trim carpentry work done.

Kyle was such a blessing when our garage door broke. He came over early on a weekend and had it back in working order quickly. He knew exactly what to do and was kept us informed along the way. I recommend his services to everyone I come across!

There’s nothing good about Ron Buchholz and his low-grade, inexperienced workers that he hires straight from the Home Depot parking lot. If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or ultimately from having a license. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020 because we just couldn’t live with the flaws in our bathroom and longer. After the inspection, the ROC found him liable to fix all of his work, but Ron manipulated us to believe that if we dropped the complaint he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed the liar that he is and dropped the complaint. He proceeded to drag his feet for months, and excuses after excuse. He finally did the bathroom demo, then he went MIA two weeks into the project. He completely abandoned his work and his commitment to us. Ron is a fraud — PERIOD. His actions were premeditated and he’s a complete scam-artist! We thought about getting an attorney, but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us over the last 3 years, so it’s best to just move on. He's likely being sued by multiple people anyway, so he’s probably broke. I truly hope that man gets what’s coming to him. Karma! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at one time. He also works under various company names, so beware!
