It was Thanksgiving weekend and there was limited staff. I was concerned when I saw only one person was going to clean but WOW! Sandra was a powerhouse! She did such a wonderful job and was so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about her. I will definitely request her again - thanks Sandra and Maid Easy!!

I am so impressed with the quality of service we received. The house was very much in need of a thorough cleaning after our 11 months of COVID quarantine. Claudia and Susanna arrived perfectly on time after texting their eta as I had requested. They understood immediately what I wanted done and just jumped right in and got going. They did a beautiful job even on our stone flooring and marble. Everything is sparkling fresh and shiny. They also put things back exactly where they were, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the excellent service from this company and particularly Claudia and Susanna. Excellent all around experience and we will use this company monthly. Also, booking the service on the phone with Melinda was quick and easy with an accurate estimate.

Modern Maids Cleaning of Phoenix is a dream come true! The ladies are meticulous and efficient. They're quite friendly and it's a pleasure to have them in your home. As a heavy duty truck repair facility, we have some vehicle come in with mud, tar, and other debris that gets left on our lot. From time to time, we have to clean up this stuff. We scheduled to have these folks sweep our lot a week in advance. We were excited they could get us in and did not need any additional advance notice more than one week. They person showed up a little late, but that happens given our location on the Gila Indian Reservation can be difficult to find if you have never been here before. The gentleman worked very hard while onsite and stayed on task. We appreciated the help given it was a coordinated effort to move all 100 vehicles offsite so the lot could be swept. He blew all misc debris to the center of our lot. I wished the sweeper had been able to pick up more of the loose gravel, but our lot looks a lot better with their help. Thanks for the hard work. We appreciate helping get everything cleaned up!

I feel that It's Christmas every time I have The Perfectionist clean my house. I have been extremely happy with each and every crew that has been at my house. Team Julie always leaves me with a smile on my face. They are so professional, on time, high energy levels of all the crew members and best of all the house is spotless when they leave. I highly recommend The Perfectionist cleaning services. I even called Tim at 4:00pm and he had a crew at my mothers house the next morning at 7:45am cleaning it from top to bottom before she was released from the hospital. She was VERY happy when she got home.

Denise did a wonderful job deep cleaning my apartment. She even offered to and did a wonderful job organizing some of my shelves that were cluttered. I didn’t expect that and it left me with no follow-up work after she cleaned my place. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and how thorough she was.

They do an extremely thorough cleaning at fair prices. And so fast! I am not sure how they do it because I've never been able to get my house so clean:) if you are looking for a cleaning service, definitely give them a call. The staff was also very courteous and I commend their customer service!
