I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

Compare with other companies their prices are too high, I didn’t shop around enough. . I’m sitting in a hot house. Purchased a Trane AC from Howard’s Air 2 year ago. The compresser is bad, and they want $1,700 to repair it, customer service will make no exception for old people and in July. Even yelled it, please look around, I know there are better companies!

Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. Goliath Mechanical heating and cooling get an A++++ from me!!

This was our first experience with George and the Air Control team. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were asking for a quote on a new AC unit and George recommended that we perform maintenance and keep our 15 year old unit a few years longer. Other companies that we contacted simply wanted to sell us a new unit, but George went out of his way to explain the reasons for keeping our unit and waiting until it begins to fail. Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!
