It’s been difficult to find a roof repair company, because everyone just wants to replace the entire roof. However, I saw these guys doing work while I was running and asked if they could replace couple shingles for me. This was on Friday, by Monday I had my shingles replaced.

Owner Tim arrived out in the rain and did an emergency tarp when my interior bedroom ceiling was leaking & getting stained. Jan is top-notch too. She was able to get my insurance to accept a rewritten bid & put more money ( and repairs ) into my claim. They are responsible & try their best to satisfy all your concerns . Im a property manager, I tried to get them out to a property for 2 weeks. They called me twice saying they were in the area, when they should've called the tenant. I gave the tenant info Somehow they didn't show up either time still?? I have an unhappy owner, a roof that is still damaged, a tenant who is wondering when we will have this fixed, and they made everyone look terrible.

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.
