Dan came out when we first moved in to a complete remodel-the windows and doors had been off for months before we finally got them installed. Our first year was riddled with critters-crickets, scorpions, and spiders. Dan came out several times during our first month to get the problem under control and now we use the maintenance plan because the bugs are not around as much.
