My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I live with my elderly mother. I had been out of town for the past week only to come home and find the AC not working. I called several AC companies only to be told they had no availability. I was reading some reviews of another company and there was a few not so good reviews, but those reviews had said those people had then called George Brazil and had great service. So I called George Brazil. I explained how it was 93° in my home and my mother was elderly. They took some info from me and then asked which time frame I would like for today. I was so happy. I didn't get a no from this company, just what would be a good time for one of their repairmen to come. 8 am to 12 pm. True to their word the repair man was here by 12pm. Mike Jolly was so amazing. He told me what the problem was and even showed me the part that was no longer good and showed me how to tell it was no good. Then he went over the pricing for the repair. He even took the time to speak to my son in law on the phone to explain everything to him. Mike repaird my AC and I got to come home from work to a cool house. Thank you Mike Jolly for all you did for my mother and I today. Thank you to the people at George Brazil for not saying NO when we really needed the help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. I'm a homeowner/landlord here in Ahwatukee. My AC went out and my Home WARRANTY company could not find a HVAC company to come out until next week... Unacceptable in the desert?! My tenants have a small child and Temps hit 101 inside. I have a friend who told me to contact her son's company its called AIR CONTROL they are local and the staff is amazing. I spoke with April a Happy person and was very pleasant and real to talk to about my issue. I called Tuesday afternoon and AIR CONTROL came out Wednesday. I do have an older AC and was afraid I'd have to replace it. (It is on my list of very soon purchases) I'm paying for daughters wedding this year and honestly thought this could not have happened a worse time. But AIR CONTROL came out and replaced the Motor Fan and they also told me my compressor is in very good shape super big component in the operation of an AC unit. He saved me a tom of $$ and my tenants can go back today in cool comfort. I told George who is the owner I am going to replace my unit in the next year and AIR CONTROL will get my future business. So AHWATUKEE if you have any HVAC issues please give them a call. #1 in my book.

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. My air conditioner has been out since Monday, today is Thursday, the weather this week has been over 110 degrees every day. I have called them no less than 50 times and so has AHS, no answer...extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and will no doubt never use them again and will cancel AHS unreliable and a waste of money...oh but they got their $100.00 on Monday, that sounds fair...right?

The technician spent an hour and a half on a very hot roof. Was very thorough. Thanks Michael,. And you can't beat the cost 49.95 I was pleasantly surprised. The temp that day was 115 and all AC businesses were very busy that day but they still were able to come out in just 2 hours.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!
