Penguin sent ETA and technician Amir's photo prior. Amir worked fast, replaced the capacitor and was easy to understand. Appreciate that he had watched the video of the problem I sent when scheduling the appointment on Penguin's website. A real person phoned soon after my email. What Penguin says is what they deliver. Saved hotel stay. Highly recommend their billed monthly protection plan.

Have yet for them to install the new unit. If the service continues like today's I am sure to give them a 5 star all together.

Showed up on time both days and did a very good job replacing the water heater and two faucets and main supply valves. Excellent service.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
