I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

Comfort One AC provided prompt, excellent and reasonably priced service. I have lived in Arizona over 40 years and that was the best AC experience I ever had.

Adrian and Kevin were great to work with. Our air conditioner went out at night and I sent Rising Sun an email around 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. Pam the office manager was able to send someone out the very same morning on a Sunday so we didn't have to suffer in the day, as the high was going to be 111 degrees that day! The owner Adrian is a trustworthy man and I found out later that his assessment of my units being so old and fragile to clean the inside coils was on point. The reason I know this is that I paid another contractor a thousand dollars for each unit to clean it more thoroughly than Rising Sun would and it ended up being a waste of money, one of the units started to cool better but one failed a month later. These old units were so fragile and old. My home warranty company refused to replace my 24 yr old units due to a compressor failure and I should have trusted Adrian the whole time and just replaced my units because he was right, my home warranty was useless and wasn't going to pay for a new AC. Adrian provided me with excellent service and and excellent pricing too. Pam the office manager is super nice and hardworking too, I would invite her and Adrian over for Thanksgiving lol. Pam is even doing the work for me of registering the 10 hr warranties from the manufacturer for us and will not only email me an electronic copy of this but also is going to put a physical copy in the mail for us. Nobody wants to pay for an AC, and Adrian the owner was so kind as to basically honor the price he quoted me a year ago with some included inflation. I cannot recommend Rising Sun Air enough. Nobody actually wants to pay for 2 AC units but I have never felt to comfortable or excited to hand over so much money so that I have the peace of mind knowing that my tenants in my rental can be comfortable in their homes. Want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Travis and his technicians Dennis and Carlos at Howard Air. Six years ago Howard Air installed a new air handler and heat pump at my home. The unit came with a 10yr warranty. Recently, I had been having trouble with the air handler leaking water. The company followed up with prompt visits by their techs to try and solve the issue. On the last visit, Travis(a manager) accompanied his tech Dennis to take a look at the issue. Upon my sharing the issues at hand with Travis, he quickly decided that a new evaporative coil needed to be installed. No hemming and hawing or deflecting the issue at hand. Instead he offered a quick and decisive order to fix the issue under warranty. A repair date was set(Oct 1). Today Dennis and another tech Carlos showed up on time and ready to work. Dennis was quick to line me out with the work detail to be done. And then let me know that Travis had also authorized the replacement of the blower motor for the air handler as well. I had not asked for this consideration, nor had the blower been an issue. I was so impressed by this extra mile he went towards fulfilling this project. The repair and replacement were professionally accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

Travis unprompted went the extra mile for me and my home. His techs did an amazing job with the work(and kept everything tidy and clean.) Everything is going to break ultimately. And trusting in a company that originally installed the products to be there when things go wrong is huge. And I breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing that Howard Air backs up their products and worksmanship. Thank you once again.

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

Justin K was our service tech for our annual heating tune up before the winter season begins. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and through inspection of our 3 units. The mini split was not as cool as usual and he easily troubleshooted the source and fixed that for us during the service call. We were very pleased with this Parker & Sons service call.

Rexx was fantastic, and I appreciate you sending him out. He fixed everything and we were good to go. Thank you once more.

Service beyond our expectations! Casey and Manny really knew their stuff. The entire project took about 7 hours but I am certain that everything that was promised got completed to the fullest, and they left the house exactly as they found it. Cudos to Georger Brazil for having the best people to handle the jobs.

George is responsive, professional and reasonable. He came out on Father’s Day to service our unit and fixed the problem in quick fashion. And he did not charge a premium for the weekend or the Holiday. Thank you George for the great service! Pete

I chose Preferred Air among three A/C contractors because I was impressed with owner Daniel Hernandez's demonstrated knowledge, clear communication, low-pressure approach, competitive pricing (2nd lowest), and his honesty in scoping a project that was less complex (and costly) than I initially thought.

Preferred Air replaced a 2-ton unit, repaired ductwork, added a new return, and replaced my water heater.

They completed the project ahead of schedule, and they were honest about not needing to complete a portion of the invoice, reducing my cost by about $400.

I liked the workflow app/software they used for billing and invoicing.

Lastly, I thought they were to blame for a broken faucet in a bathroom. I contacted Daniel the day before Thanksgiving. He had two guys arrive at my house Thanksgiving morning to see if they could repair it. Once I spoke to them, I realized it wasn't their fault. Talk about commitment to service!

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service.

They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful.

I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why.

If you're looking for someone to trust, this is the company. It is also very important to me to support local companies, which they are.

Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Clay is great. he went out of his way to get us up and running. Multiple issues were fixed.

Company is honest about what needs to be done and will give you a fair price for the work.

Im not an ac customer but leaving a review to just say these are really good people. I was stranded by flash flood and was helped without hesitation by them.
