Best Air Conditioning Heating in Phoenix AZ

I own a rental property in Phoenix, but live out of state. I've had a service contract for maintenance checks every 6 months for the A/C unit with Benefit Air since 2011. This company is efficient, and customer service is excellent. Bottom line, I have peace of mind knowing that if anything should go wrong with the unit, especially in the Arizona heat, Benefit Air will be there to fix it. Thank you, Anthony and the whole staff at Benefit Air, for making my life as an absentee landlord A LOT easier!

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

I went through six different companies all around AZ with many lead downs until I found this HVAC contractor near me. It was a pleasure to work with them. The service was excellent and they honored the price initially quoted. You won't be disappointed if you choose their quality service. They are trustworthy and reliable.

The technician stated that in the repairs that I needed two capacitors replaced. One capacitor was replaced 4 years ago. Not sure why it would need to be replaced again. They had lasted 20 years before needing replacement.

If I could give 10 stars I would.Here is my full experience:
I had my capacitor replaced the end of July by Autumn Air and then my AC went out again in the middle of September. I decided to have Autumn Air come back out since they were the last to work on my AC. Big Mistake! They said they would be at my house within an hour. Two hours later I called to find out when they were coming. The guy showed up a little over 2 hours after I placed the call. He then proceeded to test the AC and was outside for maybe 2 minutes and came in and told me that the compressor needed to be replaced and/or would need a new unit. The cost of $4K for the compressor or $8,500 for a new unit. He tried to inform me how to get financed barely even knew any information to help me. He then left and said sorry. I panicked and desperately tried to figure out how I could pay for a new compressor.
After an emotional day I then reached out to a friend that works for Howard Air and asked for a second opinion. They showed up at my house in less than 30 minutes tested the unit for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me the compressor was fine, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I simply had to replaced the air capacitor, only $280. I was in tears with happiness and frustration. Autumn Air did not fully inspect the unit and only wanted to pocket some money from me and not even do their job correctly. Chase went above and beyond taking care of the unit and providing me with tips as well as to what to keep an eye out on to make sure the unit was working properly.
Huge thank you to Howard Air, Kiana and Chase, for being so wonderful and really take the time to help your customers and not just look for the money you will pocket!!!

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. This was excellent service during the most critical heat wave just encountered! Thanks Ken!

I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. And not only did I get to talk to a real person, they were also very friendly!Robert was was our tech and I can't say enough about his very professional service, and he also was super friendly!I wish more companies would conduct themselves with this great quality of customer service!

At 6 p.m., our air conditioner broke down. I looked up Goliath Mechanical on Google and gave them a call. Rexx, their tech, called to confirm about 45 minutes later and arrived before 7 p.m. I worked on our unit until around ten o'clock at night. All was excellent, from the initial call to the completed repair. I was really pleased with their operation. Many thanks to everyone at Goliath Mechanical!

Vincent P. Service Pro along with Jeremy B. did a fantastic job installing our new system. They're an awesome team...friendly, courteous, professional, and very thorough. And I didn't have to clean after they left...BIG PLUS! We've been using this company for about six years and they've never let us down. Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.
