Best Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

I had a problem with my air conditioner blowing hot air 90+ in my home. Kyle came out and fixed it in no time at all. I am grateful to say that my home is cool again thanks to Kyle and Benefit Air Conditioning. Kyle is very professional and gets the job done right. I have health issues and need to have my home cool. They came out quickly during the time slot that they said they would be at my home. Very dependable and efficient. Superior service with high quality workmanship.

Had a great experience with the installation of our 2 new systems last week.

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

We had a technician come out on the same day that we called. Tristin was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only could they complete the replacement of our sewage ejector that same day, the cost was significantly lower than our previous quote from a different provider! He worked until 8 pm that evening finishing the job. To make this even more astonishing, not only did the unit come with a 3 yr warranty, this apparently comes with a 2 year labor warranty included! Now that is service should be. Thank you ACE Home services and Tristin!

Wow! Baikal Mechanical’s AHU is even better than I expected. It does everything I need it to do and more. My tenants are certainly happy it was installed. Five stars all the way!

The initial installation was great. Scheduling maintenance is where they fall short. They have never, ever done well with scheduling maintenance. After the free maintenance that was included with the purchase of a new system, we purchased a pre-paid VIP maintenance program. Every appointment has been changed, no show or rescheduled months out from the original appointment. We were scheduled for maintenance from 10-2 today. They called at 9:30 to reschedule for more than a month from now. VIP? I think they need to change the name of the program.

I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. I highly recommend their work.

After 3 weeks of getting quotes from 5 vendors we had Daniel from Preferred Air show up. Daniel was polite and asked the right questions while listening to our issues. He recommend several options and proactively tested our existing system. We ended going with Preferred Air due to Daniels skill set, honesty and professionalism. Purchased the Bosch 2.0 system which is their new variable speed unit. The price was fair, but the installation by Craig and Fernando was spectacular. Quick, on-time, polite and cleaned up afterward. They took the time, to explain the system and install. Daniel stopped by the next week to check the unit and answer any questions. This is long, and I don’t usually leave feedback. I highly recommend this company.
