Christian and Dan recently came to my house to see why our water wasn't staying hot for longer than 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly and replaced our water heater and did it extremely fast. It's so nice to take hot showers again!

This is a substantial savings considering that an AC tech identified a problem and resolved it in one visit. Sean is the man! not only is he okay with dogs but he was very efficient and explained exactly what was wrong with my system. He was able to fix it and diagnose the issue within 30 minutes or so. The entire process from initially reporting it to fixing it was only a few hours. Love penguin air and they even shot a free text with information on who would be coming by and their background. Super friendly service and highly efficient!
