I needed a bit of work done to my 1969 home. The HVAC roof top unit, two bathroom sinks and one kitchen sink all; needed replacement. All the Goettl people were awesome, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Thank you to the estimators Mattew Hill and Dave Giordano for putting me at ease with the process and no surprises. Most excellent install crews deserve the highest marks. They were Mario Islas, Brennen Bingham, Eric Castillo, Ovi Perea, Hunter Holbrooks, and Michael Olson. It is very obvious that each of these men take pride in the job being done right. I must also tip my hat to Victor who coordinated the flurry of activities and Lisa for the stylish sinks. The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

Our roof was leaking in through the intake vent when it rained. I had a different A/C company come out who stated it was a roofing issue. While having our roof reshingled, it was determined that the piece going from the A/C unit into the house was rusted and leaking. Comfort One Air Conditioning was able to give me a quote that day and the repair was completed less than a week later. I am very pleased with their work.

Arcadia Air is great! Jimmy is beyond professional and really knows what he is doing in HVAC. I was in town visiting my grandmother when her AC unit went out. I called around to a bunch of big companies to compare and im so glad i went with Arcadia. Price was the best out of them all and installation was done within a day of confirming pricing. Highly recommend!

Historically the staff have been knowledgeable and take the time to educate me in a way that allows me to make effective maintenance decisions. Last maintenance call, Rose was especially good with the foster dogs I was caring for while switching some wires on an incorrect thermostat install. Not naming names here, but it was a nest installation completed by a dear friend that offered to help. You know who you are and I appreciate you! Rose and I had a good laugh.

I chose Preferred Air among three A/C contractors because I was impressed with owner Daniel Hernandez's demonstrated knowledge, clear communication, low-pressure approach, competitive pricing (2nd lowest), and his honesty in scoping a project that was less complex (and costly) than I initially thought.

Preferred Air replaced a 2-ton unit, repaired ductwork, added a new return, and replaced my water heater.

They completed the project ahead of schedule, and they were honest about not needing to complete a portion of the invoice, reducing my cost by about $400.

I liked the workflow app/software they used for billing and invoicing.

Lastly, I thought they were to blame for a broken faucet in a bathroom. I contacted Daniel the day before Thanksgiving. He had two guys arrive at my house Thanksgiving morning to see if they could repair it. Once I spoke to them, I realized it wasn't their fault. Talk about commitment to service!

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!
