Frisco came out at the beginning of our service window and was kind and courteous from the moment we met him. We discussed what kind of service I was looking for and the reason behind it and he told me exactly what he'd be doing. We did have a few minor issues with our unit but nothing that Frisco couldn't handle right then and there. He was very thorough on his explanations all the way through the process and just had a great overall attitude. He kept me informed of what he was doing and even gave us some helpful recommendations to extend the life of our unit. Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

I requested several quotes around the valley to get a quality price for an excellent AC. I have a friend in the commercial AC industry so i was well advanced in what i need to look and look out for. TemperaturePro came out and showed right on time and answered all my questions. When it came to the price, i was nicely surprised to see they were competitive even though quality installation is more important than the unit itself from what i read. Blair and his crew were really professional and offered to return after the roofers were complete to review how they completed the flashing around the new unit. Super impressed, honest, efficient, and the clean up was perfect! My AC friend said the price was good and he was also impressed when he inspected their work on the roof!

In an industry with a lot of rip off air conditioning firms. This is not one of them. This is one of the better firms. Excellent work, fair prices and honest advice. I had two prior air conditioning companies try to rip me off. Through my home warranty, this was the third and one that they sent when there were problems. They fixed and followed up on both of my air units. That unfortunately went out for a long part of the summer due to parts supplies from China. They were very helpful, very diligent. And I insist on only using them in the future. I do not believe you will be disappointed if you give them a try.

I used Pinon Air to replace my aging AC unit which was on it's last legs. They were recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their AC maintenance needs.

For the replacement, I was given several replacement units to choose from along with a recommendation for which would be best for my home. After choosing, I was given a date for the install. They were there on the installation date at the time they promised to be there.

The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done. They even took the time to go over the new thermostat that was replaced at the same time.

After being a very satisfied customer with a Carrier infinity heat pump for 6 years, it failed. Carrier's design fault- NOT HOWARDS. Howard REPLACED the entire unit. They are the most honest and reputable company I have ever dealt with. My experience with them- the high quality of their technicians- the entire organization is flawless.
