Penguin Air came out for a free quote during my recent home buying process. Many companies wanted to charge me for the visit and some wouldn't even bother with me since I was not the seller, I was the buyer. Jimmy went above and beyond to take a look at what the problem was and quickly provided me with a quote. I am thankful for this great company with awesome customer service. They really seem like they care about their customers and that is hard to find!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The service tech that came out to Fairmont gardens this week said the leak was irrigation,. It was not it is a leak off the main. Plus the guy was somewhat inappropriate with a resident. We should not be charged for a service call, I still have a leak and have a different company coming out today.

Called with a hose bib leak - had to turn water off. They came out and fixed in less than 2 hours, amazing! I use them for my air con service and this was the 1st time for plumbing!

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.

Very friendly from the initial phone call to the company ( a young lady named Bri) to the repair tech (Brandon) who came out very quickly from making the call. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Explained what was needing repairs and fixed them that same day! Set up an appointment immediately with a secondary company needed to continue repairs. Super impressed with this company and will def call them again if i need to!Thank you for being so professional, diligent, and courteous!

Rich did the yearly service on our reverse osmosis. He was knowledgeable and offered a water leak alarm product that was inexpensive and came packaged in 3. Just gives more peace of mind under the sink & at the water heater. I appreciated his help.

Had a leaky solar/electric hot water heater. Contacted Patrick Riley and Bo was dispatched. He showed up on time and called prior to arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and started to work on the replacement immediately. He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

Call them first

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet
