Best Heater Issue in Phoenix AZ

Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

We have been using Hays for several years for our HVAC and have been very pleased. This is the first time we have used them for plumbing issues and were equally as pleased with Jarod and Adam when them came out this week. We had a faucet issue and they checked all our plumbing and immediately found the issue. We were in need of a new water softener. They were able to get a new water softener and install it within hours. They both were very prompt, professional and polite. We highly recommend Jarod, Adam and Hays!

Matt C. knows what he’s doing! He and his partner were absolute gentlemen that keep it real. They want to get you the best deal that they can but do not skip out on quality for the most important reasons. Ask any questions you have and they will answer them more than to the best of their abilities. Truly are genuine and family oriented folks. Grateful to have found them to put it mildly. Matt C. and his partner back came back to check on it, just to ensure it remained the same (since they were so worried about it in the first place). They were not annoyed, they were happy to come back out and ensure we were ok but that their work was at the level they always provide: which is nothing short of excellent. You felt like family to us all.Update: We had a virtually broken A/C unit and Sean D. and his partner, as well as Alex and his other partner, did an AMAZING job. They not only were extremely worried that we had gone without A/C for so long (3 days) but they also informed us of several things with our house that we weren’t aware of. It’s incredible to have seen the 9+ hour work they put into, replacing both an outdoor and indoor unit, plus breaking out drywall to retrieve it, AND redoing a bunch of wiring for the zoning of the A/C unit. These guys were not only gentleman but truly hard workers. And again, I felt as though it were my own family working on my home. They were honest, straight to the point, but not trying to overcharge. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

They got to be kidding me, the repair man came in not prepared, all he did was talk, he did not want to do anything I had to chase him out the door. Do not and repeat my self do not call this company. Wow what a mess, no experience at all sad to say my drain is still leaking had to call anther company to finish the job.

Brett and Jon came out for home inspection. They did a great job of explaining the process and the pros and cons of my plumbing. They let me know what needed to be replaced to make sure my home is protected. I can’t do the repairs now but will be reaching out to them as soon as I can.

I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

UPDATE: I ended up using them. The crew did a great job. They communicated with me every step of the way. I feel I got a very fair price and my system works great. It was a great experience! Thanks 1st Choice!

Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress. It's that type of small business customer service that will keep you loyal to a company! I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your needs.

Robert was here to replace my water heater in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the situation at hand and very informative and up to date in codes and why things work the way they do and at times have failures. He was very polite the entire morning he was here and I truly appreciate that. Thank you Robert!

Parker & Sons’ technicians, Daniel Curiel and Peter Appleton, did an excellent job in finding the leak in my townhouse. They provided great professional service. Scheduling was very easy to do and their response time was immediate. The company provided top notch service. Daniel kept me informed the entire time, so there was no miscommunication. The team was so efficient, helpful and left the place so clean. They took extra time to explain every step of the way and even scheduled a follow-up for one week out to make sure it is working great and to answer any questions we might have. RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.
He was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he answered all my questions about my unit.
