Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.
We can not express how easily this went.

After looking up specifications online, the Mitsubishi system is hands down the leader and workhorse in the field, and Lincoln Heating and Air are the folks you should be calling to get yours installed. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. We'll be talking to you again soon when we're ready to install our evaporative system in our house.

My AC quit working and Ace did the repair the same day called Javier Cruz was the technician assigned to come. He was professional, courteous and very patient with all my questions. I will always call Ace for all my service needs.

The AC tech was very thorough in explaining what he did during his visit.

I used Pinon Air to replace my aging AC unit which was on it's last legs. They were recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their AC maintenance needs.

For the replacement, I was given several replacement units to choose from along with a recommendation for which would be best for my home. After choosing, I was given a date for the install. They were there on the installation date at the time they promised to be there.

The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done. They even took the time to go over the new thermostat that was replaced at the same time.

Yogi, the owner was very easy to work with and answered all questions that I had. I even had a cell phone number I could call or text with any issues. I highly recommend them.

We had Howard Air install a ductless mini-split AC system in our garage. I am generously giving it three stars, since the work appears to be of good quality so far. Unfortunately, it has taken them many visits more, and a FULL MONTH longer, than expected. Some of that was due to changes to Mitsubishi's product, and much of it was due to poor communication and coordination among Howard Air people. The upshot for us is that we've had to rearrange our schedules for several weeks to accommodate many more days of workers in our home than expected, and I've been without the use of the garage workshop for a month, during a peak time of expected use. Now that the project is finally nearing completion the seasons have changed!

To add to my irritation, I'm having to now spend a LOT of time cleaning up after their work. They have left a coating of fine white powder (from drywall) over EVERYTHING in our garage. I'm having to individually clean every wrench, screwdriver, cord, battery, hinge, drawer handle, nail, glove, rubber mat, etc. etc. by hand. Thousands of items to move out, clean and move back in. It's wearing on my nerves, and on my air compressor! I'll probably never get it all.

Milano did a terrific job this morning getting my AC ready for summer. He also cleaned and tested my evaporative. I love having dual system. Needs new pads and he took measurements for next visit. Been with Lee Collins for over a decade. Glad new owners have kept quality service.

I am writing this note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician on July 9, 2018. My problem was that the fan motor on my AC stopped working causing my home to maintain up to 90 degrees inside.Technician Rose was sent out and immediately diagnosed the issue. She hardly took 10 minutes to rectify the problem of my air conditioner. The ability to provide the resolution quickly in addition to having the parts in her truck exceeded my expectations and put my mind at ease.I really commend the prompt service provided by Rose. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. I was very thankful that Rose had the patience to answer all my questions including explaining all charges and applying all discounts without me feeling being ripped off.Rose did an excellent job in furthering the brand of George Brazil. Amazing customer service experience. The customer service rep was very transparent with costs- even what the cost was to diagnose the issue.
Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.

Daniel came out quickly and changed out the motor in the air handler. He was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely go with Aguilar A/C & Heating again.

Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!
