Best Water Damage Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Michael and Chris of Doan Restoration were prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, patient, informative, tidy...pretty much ideal. A welcome relief after waking up to a leaking water heater that seeped into the interior walls. I especially appreciated they figured out a way to cut out drywall & access the wet areas without disconnecting & moving the water heater, washer, and dryer for the 2-3 days of drying. May you never need their services but thankful they are here.

While my experience did not start out well with poor communication and, at times, no communication I was not thrilled with the service that I was getting. Then Troy was assigned to help me out because the other guy was too busy and everything changed. I cannot speak highly enough about Troy's professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right.
