I personally have not had my roof done however I have recommended this company because I know the heart of the company is founded on family values. The customers reported that they were extremely happy and not only were they able to gain a good roofing company but they gained a new friend!!! Thanks for helping my guy out!!!

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor’s yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was amazing. Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time. Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Not only did they do our roof they tore down and rebuilt out front patio. Love every bit of it. Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days.
After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule.
Communication was beyond excellent via email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Almeida Roofing for any roofing needs and will happily recommend them in the future.

I called about a vacant lot they own. After telling Lisa the address, she said no and just hung up the phone. I called back to tell the operator, she said keep in mind some people work from home. What does that even mean? Not the way to talk to people.

Came to my home once but didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach my 2nd Story roof. Said he would be back the next morning and nothing. I called several times and left voicemails. Looks like they don't need any more business. Do not care about their customers. Would never recommend their company to anyone. If your to booked at least let your customers know don't just go dark.

Had my Roof replaced , They did a great job , Neat cleaned up every day ,showed up on time , Brandon & Sidney were always available if any problems arise! Very Pleased ! Satisfied Customer
