We met one of their employees, Brandyn, who checked every inch of the house and quickly took out all damaged items without doing any unnecessary work. They even talked to our insurance inspector/adjuster for me as they were both here at the same time. Will definitely be using them again if ever needed!

I initially contacted Trevor to get the water remediation process started, and was quickly turned over to Dakota to get the necessary work started. He was able to not only identify the problem, but take the necessary action to remove all damaged surfaces. This was done quickly, professionally, with a focus on customer service. A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

ASAP Restoration did an amazing job at my house. I had two different claims that had to be fixed. A wall leak and a kitchen leak. They came in and did both in a very quick manner. On the wall you cannot tell where the old wall and new wall meet, everything meshes perfectly. In the kitchen they rebuild cabinets, and fixed under the sink. Everything looked wonderful. All the people who came in and helped were professional, timely, and kept me in the loop. The job took two days and they laid out what would happen each day and updated me as well along the way.

brought in lots of people to pack, very overwhelming, people wouldn't listen, taped boxes together then only filled them up to the first box, this let them charge for more boxes, and more storage fees. Told by insurance to return property at end of contract and They still won't return it,. Afraid if I pay them the balance they won't return property but will then ask for more money. It's been about 1 1/2 month. Dealing with owner who acts like he is an employee saying he can't because it's company policy, but he's the owner.
