This is the worst company to do business with. I was going to remove my tile myself, and was told by the job supervisor that it was not worth my time and that it would only cost $150 to remove it. So I had them remove it. I then decided not to use this company and received a bill for $426. They say that that is just there cost, and they can't answer for the quote that there employee gave me. I haven't spoken to the same person twice about it. They keep passing me around.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

They took out the damaged materials and set up fans and air purifiers to dry everything out. They were kind, considerate and professional. I felt comfortable having them here when we weren't home. Venturi provided excellent service. Our roof had some wind damage from a recent monsoon storm. Tanner promptly came to our home, inspected the roof, determined the damage was minor, and repaired it without charging us. This also made it unnecessary for us to file a claim for the damage with our home insurer. While Tanner was here, he also repaired some minor water damage above the bathroom shower. Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend Venturi!
