Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. The great thing he did was the old water in line valve was going bad and part was soldered on. Javier removed the old line and replaced it with a non-soldered line so if there is an issue, I can fix it myself.

All I have to say Blue Plumbers is amazing. I worked with a plumber and he was so knowledgeable and kind. Treated me like family. He was always communicating what he was doing . He had to come back to finish the job and he rearranged his whole schedule to accommodate me. They are fair price for their work and HONEST Which as we know is far and few between. So if you need a plumber call Blue Plumbers , they're amazing.
