They came right away to take our water damage right away it was great but 3 months with no floor and they brok our patio door. We asked them everyweek if they could fix it never did anything . poor communication. I would never recommend that we had to hire a different company and they move way faster

I reached out to this company not long ago when I needed some flooring done, they did an impeccable job and the staff were great to work with too! They're super professional and I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Best option restoration did a wonderful job. We had extensive water damage and they came in a cleaned it all up. Everything looks as good as new again. I would recommend them too all my friends and family. They really do go above and beyond.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! This company was nice at first. They were there right away. Helped us get into a hotel. And started our house right away. Come to find out they sub contracted the work out and are trying to charge us 80,000 just for demolition and clean out in our house! Also they kept saying they would send this or that or call us back the following day we had to call them back after a day and couldn't always get a hold of them.

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. They always follow up to make sure they work is done correctly. Won't use anyone else besides these guys!
