Michael and his crew arrived when scheduled with a phone call shortly before arrival. Michael explained what they were going to do upfront then went over the work completed before leaving.. He satisfactorily answered all of my questions. He Will call tonight to let me know the time of next step since he didn't have that info. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything. Thank for no stress with an unfavorable task for us.

I had a flood in my master bathroom. SERVPRO was out within a couple of hour. Fast, friendly and thorough! I was very impressed!

Charles was our service lead and he was excellent with communication and set-up. He always let us know when he was coming with a quick phone call and a 20-30 minute lead if not more. We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

I wanted to thank Marcos and lee, they did an awesome job at clean and repair. Their work and customer service was so professional and kind hearted. I just wanted to make sure they got some recognition for the tremendous job they did !!!

I had Hugo and Eric come out to repair some drywall from a plumbing repair I had performed a week prior. Hugo texted me as soon as the plumbers had finished and came out to meet me and assess the repair. He scheduled the repair for a couple of days later. He and Eric showed up on time the day of and Eric managed to finish everything in one day. I would highly recommend.

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

This is the first company that comes to mind when I think about mold removal services, they did an amazingly thorough job for me and I can't recommend them enough.

We had three technicians on our water damage problem. We found Marquez, Felipe and Mario to be easy to work with, competent and were very good communicating with us every step along the way. They seriously damaged the paint on my wall during cleaning and didn't provide the main service I requested. The scheduler didn't pay any attention to what I asked for (my main concern was getting a cabinet touched up). My project was to clean up after a small stove-top fire. So when viewing my quote I thought cabinet pain touchup was included and was extremely disappointed to find out from the technicians that this work would be from a completely different division. The quote was much too high considering the size of the job without touching up the cabinet. The scheduler paid no attention at all to what I needed, same for the inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they misdirect you and don't care about doing a good job.

Paul Davis came immediately in response to our water leak. They were professional and very nice. They made a bad situation better!They always return calls and texts promptly The workmen are very good at what they do. They are neat and come when scheduled. I would give them more than a 10!

Called Next Gen Restoration Az for water damage at my mother's house . We needed demolition services and I was very impressed on how they used plastic to ensure dust didn't get on everything. Thank you !

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.
