Best Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Doan Restoration was so helpful to us when we had a flooding last week. They were quick to come about and were so very informative throughout the whole process. This was our first ever flooding in our home so obviously we were frantic but they helped us feel more calm and more positive about the situation being fixed and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Doan Restoration for any clean up job you need they are really good at what they do.

Ryan's crew diligently packed everything up for us, carefully putting our contents into boxes and carefully moving our furniture. Five stars. I highly Recommend Service.

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. Good morning. I have known Robert with Phoenix Water Damage for many years. He is one of the hardest working and honest people I know. If you’re going to get a water damage issue taken care of you will be in great hands with Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services.

We suggest caution when considering Jenkins for smaller projects. The handling of the water damage initially from a small upstairs bathroom leak was above reproach. The restoration that followed to bring back the home back to what was status quo was a disaster. Frequent scheduling issues, need for multiple visits from particular subcontractors due to quality issues (identified by Jenkins final approval contractor), and the necessity of tile labor warranty 4 months after service was beyond frustrating. Even now, the subcontractor tile warrant work was only a patch for the problem and we are now paying out of pocket to fix the issue rather that deal with the team again. Perhaps for bigger projects there is more attention given...

I do not recommend this contractor. They did carpeting for Nationwide and we have a dispute over the thickness of the carpet and now learn that the sample that was taken to test was discarded. The woman Tara was condescending and unprofessional when we tried to reach a resolution. The flooring company was A All-Rite Floor Covering.
