AZFW is hands down the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. Extended review is on yelp. Losing paperwork, charging for services not rendered, lying, not returning communication, pointing fingers, damaging existing property, unable to complete repairs, attempted blackmail; the list never ends. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Almost 6 months after starting business with them, the repairs to my wall still need to be addressed, there is additional damage by the company to my floors to be remedied, and I've had an increase in my homeowners insurance as a result of a claim being paid out. Not at all worth the hassle.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

We had a fire in our garage and the fire department pulled down our ceiling in our entryway. After they left there was a gaping hole in our ceiling, so I called the insurance company to send out someone to board up the hole for security reasons. This company showed up and put up some plywood to cover the hole. OK yes, they did show up at 2 AM and did some cleanup too however for the materials used and their time they charged $1,196.46. All this for 1-4'x8'x3/4 sheet of plywood and a scrap piece 32 x 4' x 3/4. Oh, let us not forget the 16 or so screws they used to hold it up...
