Best Repair in Phoenix AZ

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

I have been working with Nicole over the last few weeks to track down screens for Milgard windows and a sliding door. She's done a great job of providing information (and just staying in touch while waiting to receive information from other sources). It's been a pleasure working with her!

Craig installed a firedoor in the home I was selling and got it done within our closing deadline. The price was hundreds less than a competitor who came out and measured/quoted, AND Craig did a lot more than they would have done. Craig also took care of all the small details and was exceptionally thorough, capturing all the things I asked for without me having to bring anything up twice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else shopping around.

The team of installers led by Eduardo Leyva were very professional, courteous and on time and left their work areas spotless and tidy. Apple High repaired a broken window at my home. I'm satisfied with the overall result. Tyrone is very open with communication and completed the job much faster than expected. Really friendly guy too.. highly recommended!

I have a specialty door handle/set sold by these guys (unknown location of purchase, was a part of a renovation done 5 years ago). An internal hardware piece broke recently. I tried Home Depot 1st, but not luck. I went online to attempt purchasing a replacement, but the website directed me to this local dealer. I decided to walk in, unannounced, to attempt purchasing a replacement. The owner (or someone in charge in the back), decided to 1st check random spare parts in the back prior to my purchase. They indeed had an exact spare I needed and gave it to me free of charge. They did not have to show me this generosity, they could have made me repurchase the entire handle set. Thank you! I will definitely use these guys for any door or window needs in the future.
