I called these guys last week when I found out I had a crazy flood that started from under the toilet while I was at work. I came home and realized there was tons of water all over the floor and I needed to act fast since the water was going all over the walls and down the downstairs. When I called these guys they came and got here fast! They set up machines and had to remove damaged walls and areas that the toilet water touched since it was sewage water. My house is almost back to normal but I wanted to thank them for everything they have done so far. Recommend them definitely.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. I would highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

The work was scheduled to be done in a timely manner. The project manager and repair technician were both very professional. The work and the subsequent cleanup were both completed to our satisfaction.

Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

ASAP was great to work with! I had ceiling/drywall damage due to my roof leaking from the recent rain and ASAP responded immediately. I got to work with the technicians Aaron and Phil and they did a stellar job finding out the exact cause and walking through the process with me. They went over and beyond to have everything dried out and cleaned up within a few days. Aaron was extremely professional and considerate. I highly recommend using ASAP Restoration.

Mariana was very helpful in what was a stressful situation when dealing with water damage in my master bath/bedroom. Lucas and his crew were careful and considerate of my belongings and made sure I understood what they would be doing and where my content would be moved to. After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run
