Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. With the passing of years.... we knew it was getting time to replace our aging AC units (25yrs). I actually (over different years) had several AC companies over to give me bids. Info was all over the place adding to the confusion of making a decision. I also never got the warm fuzzes from any company that came out. Bids where all over the place from $8,000-$18,000 (2 units) some said I've got nothing to sell you or I' only do the job if you switch from gas to electric. Or my favorite Watch who you hire Heck..... a couple of bids came with nobody climbing up on the roof. But when George came over to give us a quote he was both passionate & reassuring. We discussed which AC units would be the best for our home & single vs: variable speed. We felt comfortable enough to hire him. The only thing I wished we had done different & sill can do was to put in smart thermostats. Yes, we feel comfortable recommending Air Control to you! A small business owner with a big heart & passion for his profession. ???

Needed service in a pinch, with the AC not working and kids in the house. Daniel came out and took care of everything. The whole family was happy and relieved. At an affordable price as well! Will definitely be calling back!

My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
