The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I know. As of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy. Very poor work done. Workers used my husbands tools and ladder with out asking. They unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tablets. They didnt match the baseboards nor the casings. They were also installed poorly. Paint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my 11 year old. I am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AM. Speaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot.
The so called manager came out and went to a part of my house where there was absolutely no damage which is right outside of our 18 year old daughters bedroom where she was sleeping to look at the door casing. He did not ask if he could go over there and nor did he have a reason at all to be over there.

I feel sorry for the 2 workers that came out for 4 days to fix the 1st workers disaster. They really did a good job and do not deserve a bad review. They are probably the best of the best at AZ Fire and Water, but if not done shoddy the 1st time they wouldnt have had to come out and basically start over. Unfortunately we are beyond frustrated.

I work in the insurance business and we refer our homeowners all the time when they need restoration. We are taking our referrals elsewhere

Michael and his crew were great following a major water leak from our water heater. The crew was onsite within 2 hours of the leak happening and were quick to get things dried out. Great experience overall.

I would like to recognize and personally thank David Youman for overseeing the project, and guiding his expert staff. In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. It was a complex project, and everyone was very kind, communicative and professional every step of the way. They made a difficult situation much easier for me to bear. I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

All I can say is if you're looking for a decent company to take care of some fire damage cleanup then give these guys a shot. It was a real pleasure having true professionals work for me.

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

We employed them to treat the mold this year. They have treated us extremely well. When they helped us with some minor mold remediation last year, we also had a great experience.
