We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service. I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
