This is the worst company to do business with. I was going to remove my tile myself, and was told by the job supervisor that it was not worth my time and that it would only cost $150 to remove it. So I had them remove it. I then decided not to use this company and received a bill for $426. They say that that is just there cost, and they can't answer for the quote that there employee gave me. I haven't spoken to the same person twice about it. They keep passing me around.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend. We had a slow leak under our sink that were didn’t know about. Once we discovered it there was a good amount of damage. Eric worked with our remodel contractor to ensure our quartz countertop and farmhouse sink weren’t destroyed in the process of taking things apart to get to the damage. The work they did was professional, clean and neat. I have a lot of confidence our contractor will easily be able to restore our kitchen due to their great work. Of course, they also got rid of and treated for mold and got everything dried out. They covered our hard floors too so they weren’t ruined. All in all for what was a terrible situation, they made us feel like they really cared not only about the job but also about my kitchen and for us personally. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need this kind of service.

I am new to the Phoenix. when my home flooded, I called Restoration 1. Darrin and his team came out in no time and had all of the water removed from my home. Once all of the water was removed, they removed anything was not saveable. I would recommend Darrin and Restoration 1 for any and all water damage work. If I ever have another flood, i am calling them right away.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

The Fire Damage Restoration service was incredibly responsive and professional. They were able to restore my home quickly and efficiently and I was so impressed with their work.

We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!
