Had some unexpected flooding in my home, and had to call this company at approximately 4:00 in the morning. They came right out. Dealing with their service people on that very stressful day, and since, has been a pleasure. In particular, Jacob, Chris, Chandler, and Benjamin were all very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! We suggest caution when considering Jenkins for smaller projects. The handling of the water damage initially from a small upstairs bathroom leak was above reproach. The restoration that followed to bring back the home back to what was status quo was a disaster. Frequent scheduling issues, need for multiple visits from particular subcontractors due to quality issues (identified by Jenkins final approval contractor), and the necessity of tile labor warranty 4 months after service was beyond frustrating. Even now, the subcontractor tile warrant work was only a patch for the problem and we are now paying out of pocket to fix the issue rather that deal with the team again. Perhaps for bigger projects there is more attention given...

These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys nailed every aspect. Great job guys!
