Ashley, Chris, and Jeremy are amazing, I had an almost 30 years old light stopped to work a while ago, and I have called so many companies in town but none of them was able to fix it until I contacted Simple Electric. Jeremy first came, performed the inspection with no charge, and told me exactly what I needed to fix the issue. Two weeks later, after I got what I needed for the repair, Jeremy and Chris visited again and get the stuffs done in about half an hour! Very honest and transparent folks to work with, highly recommended.

David was very prompt and extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix an issue with my outside breaker panel. He was able to give me several options at different price points and even gave me a DIY option that made him no money. I really appreciate someone who gives a customer every option. John did a fair amount of work on a house I inherited, fixing many problems and updating many things, including installing a ring doorbell and chimes. I found him very easy to work with, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose a problem and find a solution. I would highly recommend John for any type of electric work.

George arrived when expected and from there the experience was great. After a moment of evaluating my request George explained to me what he would need to do to accomplish it. He finished the task in no time with very minimal destruction which made his clean up a piece of cake. My new lamp placement looks great and will definitely be out of the way of my new security door. Thumbs up to George. He did an awesome job.

I would just like to say that taps and sons has taken great care of me. My apartment has some very bad electrical issues and these guys have been on top of everything and helping get everything fixed. I will keep using them of all of my electrical needs even after i leave my current apartment

I had what I thought to be a simple problem with a GFCI; but it happened at my rental house and on a Sunday Afternoon. I needed somebody knowledgeable to fix what I couldn't figure out and needed it done today. I found Meade Electric online; Tony answered right away and said he could stop by in an hour, he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about trouble shooting my problem, very professional, and very courteous. He figured it out and had it solved in 15 minutes. Rod electric has repaired the electrical system at our home and business. They show up on time get the job done quickly and right the first time

These guys were really nice, however, there were some concerns using this company. They had to take a part of my home out to get to the pipe and cut a hole in my roof. They did not cover either of these exposed area when they were done for the day to ensure no damage would happen. Once completed the very next day the drain was backing up again and they had to come out to fix the issue. I then spent over 2 weeks trying to get an itemized statement of the work to file and insurance claim. Still waiting on that. If you need something done that doesn't involve follow up or more then a days work they are great, not too happy with the after part of the service and I am also a part of their Penguin Plus Plan. Not very Plus.

Had one of those tune ups. Spoke with the tech about going into the attic and inspecting the air handler. Informed him that I had the doors and seams sealed with aluminum tape because they leaked air. Asked him to please reseal as the dust from the attic gets sucked into the air box and comes out the vents.A few months later I noticed a dust build-up on the ceiling vents. Went up into the attic and found he cut the tape and never resealed the air box. Another useless home depot contractor.
