I am so impressed by this company. They arrived for the job on time and worked every minute they were here. The professionalism and courtesy with which I was treated spoke volumes and the care they put into their work surely showed. They were informative and answered all my questions. I will recommend this company to EVERYONE I know that is looking to get work done. Meticulous at a good price---that's hard to beat!

I contacted them to conduct an inspection after seeing some cracks in our walls. They sent out Alex Saavedra as the foundation repair advisor. Alex was phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I am extremely grateful to Alex for his professionalism and thoroughness.

Tim S came out to inspect my parents foundation. They had Arizona Foundation out and the person did nothing but hit them with high pressure sales tactics. Tim was the opposite and listened to my parents and allowed them to express their concern's. If my parents end up needing their foundation fixed, they will definitely use Ram Jack.

We had some major problems with our new vinyl floor buckling and was told by the installer that we had a problem with water seeping in and that we needed to check for pipe and/or foundation leaks. So, I called the Concrete Repairman for an inspection. James came out, took a look inside and outside, was very thorough and explained what he was looking for and what he saw. James determined that it had nothing to do with the foundation/stem wall and made some helpful suggestions to prevent any future problems. His expertise and advice were very much appreciated!

Progressive Hardscapes has done several driveways, patios, and floors at the homes I've lived in over the years. They always do a phenomenal job with the quality of work they do. If you are looking for a company that is creative, professional, and want a floor or drive that looks great give them a call.

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. These folks KNOW what they’re doing, take great pride in their work and strive to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with the results. IOHO, you simply cannot go wrong with Sun Valley Concrete Coatings!

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
