At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

The team connected with us very fast at 1 am and said they would have a crew out by 9-10am. The team came out at the specified time and they shared their knowledge on what needed to happen. The team was very nice and never seemed annoyed with all of my questions and concerns, they took their time explaining the entire process, during a stressful time.

Arizona Fire & Water Restoration came out after a late night break-in at my home and got my window boarded up and shattered glass cleaned up as well as possible inside the room and outside on the patio. They were sympathetic and concerned and commiserated with me as they worked hard to get my home secured. I appreciated their quick response time and care in those very stressful moments.

Rafael and Nick, along with his team his team, Bailey & Rulon, did an exceptional job of mitigating water damage due to a broken water heater. Rafael arrived at our home promptly, filed a claim with our insurance company, set up dehumidifier and air purifiers immediately and explained the entire process to us clearly. As he promised, Nick, our project manager, and his team came to our home the next day to begin the drying out process. They were prompt, efficient and explained everything perfectly. We felt like we were in excellent hands. We appreciate the courteous, expert handling of this entire unfortunate event and know that if there are any questions that may come up, we can contact Nick for help. I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. They always follow up to make sure they work is done correctly. Won't use anyone else besides these guys!

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.
