1 800 Water Damage responds within 90 minutes and will give a free estimate. They're a local family-owned company that won't tell you that you need more work done than what you really need. Fair, honest, profession and just plain good at what they do.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

I'm in disbelief! This company is insane! Poor quality, poor service, lack of communication, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not good at all. Please save your time and energy and transfer and find business else where! They are not worth it!

They responded right away. Very professional and friendly . They let me know step by step what needed to be done. Very informative and answered any questions I had. They were always checking on us to make sure our family was okay and if there was anything they could assist us. Paul Davis Restoration has a great staff and I would highly recommend them. Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
