Our home flooded Recently from a busted pipe and we had a ton of water damage. I decided to call Servpro of NW Phoenix and I am so glad I did! They were so quick to solve our problem! They were so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

We have had Water Fighters for two projects- one plumbing disaster and one HVAC disaster. Both times they have done high quality work. Caesar, Nicholas, Erick, and Joe on the team that have worked on the projects have all been extremely nice and done such good work you couldn't tell anything had happened to the house which I had just had remodeled. The texturing they did on my walls matched the existing walls perfectly. I was pretty amazed. They get a 5 out of 5 in my book!

I would definitely use Arizona Fire & Water again. Caesar was on time, very polite, friendly and professional tech. I had water damage in my kitchen. Caesar did the installation to my wall, base boards and painted the kitchen. The work turned out GREAT! He replaced my wall that had to be ripped out due to the mold. Replacement looks like nothing ever happen to my kitchen and paint skill are good. No paint on my floor and clean up after he was done. Also, their field manager came out to follow-up making sure everything was okay, if tech needed any extra materials. This is a good company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

I feel they did a very good job and 2 gentlemen in particular went above and beyond. My washer and dryer had to be disconnected during the work. Because of medical issues this made things difficult for me. Superman and David Ortega put them back and hooked all up. They are definitely super guys in my book.

They were nice they work really good and they work good with me and family and they answered my questions and they told me what was going on and they told me what was the problems that cause it and they did take care of us thx again

Tom was great to work with, he showed up quickly and went to work after we had a water heater leak and create some damage. Thanks to quick response, we think that our damage was mitigated. Keep up the great work!

Anytime you need a restoration company, you know it is a stressful time, but Venturi was like an answered prayer. The entire team was absolutely fantastic and super professional. These guys arrived in our house like we called an ambulance and immediately tackled or flood problem making sure the water was contained and keeping the damage to a minimum. We were initially hesitant to them removing our flooring but they assured us there was water underneath. And there it was. They were very professional, respectful, and even educated us in their processes. They also arrived on-time every day as scheduled, making sure our house was bone-dry, all of the damaged flooring and debris was removed and hauled, and we were 100% satisfied. Our insurance adjuster was very pleased with their performance and also mentioned he is consistently satisfied with the quality of their work!

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.
