TWD was hired in 2011 by Pulte Homes to paint the exterior & touch up the interior of many homes in my neighborhood (WestWing Mountain in far N. Peoria) after some issues with water seepage were found around windows and a major re-stuccoing was required. They did excellent work and were always friendly, prompt and respectful. But that is not what led me to post this review.

In September of 2014, almost 3 years after their work was finished, I found myself in a bit of a jam. I needed to do some minor touch ups to my interior walls, and unfortunately the paint can they'd originally left me for this purpose upon completing their work in 2011 had been accidentally discarded. I remembered TWD had left me a note with some specifics about the paint they used, but unfortunately HD, Lowes & Sherwin-Williams weren't able to make sense of it. So I called Pulte directly, and they looked up my address and gave me the specs for the paint color they had listed as the standard paint color for my home. After having Home Depot mix up a batch, it was clear that my home had a custom paint job, as the shade Pulte gave me was very noticeably lighter.

On a whim, I called TWD and was put in touch with Kevin, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. After doing some research, he told me of a infrequently used color choice Pulte may have used on my house, and told me he would call back and let me know if he could get me some details on it. When he called back, not only did he give me the paint name & information (which Pulte themselves could not provide), to my surprise he insisted that he would have a quart of it mixed up for me and have someone drop it off at my door the very next day, free of charge. Needless to say, he followed through with this, and the paint matched perfectly. When I told him how impressed I was that he went so above and beyond (I had really just wanted the paint info so I could go buy it myself), he told me that's just the way they like to do business and he sounded genuinely happy that he was able to help.

Without hesitation, I recommend TWD for your drywall & painting needs. Not only do they do great work, where else are you going to find a company that would go out of their way to proactively deliver a free can of paint to a house out on the far edge of town 3 years after a job is done, just to make a boneheaded homeowner like me happy?

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

Prompt service, stuck to quote, did a professional job, showed up right on time. The job was tricky due to the fact the door frame was not square, so gaps in the frame. Rob took the time to trim it up (trip to Home Depot) and make it look good once it was adjusted. He kept me informed every step of the way. Nice clean job

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

We're happy return customers! We just had more work done due to a water leak in our basement. The review below was from about 3 years ago and they seem to offer more services now. We had to have carpeting that had gotten water soaked restretched and laid down with new padding. The whole job looks great.

Fast service! And really helped me out in a the technicians did a great job and my kitchen is beautiful! Qualtire has been in business for over 50 years, and they really treat you right!

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.

Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

Oron and FHR construction were extremely thorough during the renovation of my property. They went above and beyond, addresssing issues that I would never have noticed, without charging me extra. I strongly recommend using them for your construction needs!

I have worked with Tatum and Ray Oulette with several home innovation projects. They do exceptional work, and I trust them immensely as general contractors.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

I have a complex residential outdoor lighting system that wasn’t functioning. Princeton was very prompt to come diagnose the problem.

I spent 19 years at Weitz and saw the company do incredible things for employees, customers and partners. The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.
