I used Bill's to do my pre-termite spray for my house build. I loved how responsive they were via text messaging. I received a response in literally minutes. I had to reschedule numerous times and they were very helpful and understanding. Their price was extremely competitive and I chose them because I wanted to ensure I had a quality company do my treatment. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received.

I had Tony service our home the last couple of times and he's thorough and friendly. Happy with the experience.

We use Burns for a series of termite stations around the house, that they come and check on a set schedule. The company always notifies by email when they are coming so there are no surprises, so it's easy to make changes if the scheduled date is inconvenient for whatever reason. No muss, no fuss, so 5 stars for not screwing it up ;)

Technicians are always incredibly respectful and have a great attitude. Also, this company is very responsive and accommodating of specific requests and concerns when scheduling. Highly, highly recommend!

I hired them to get rid of the pigeons at my residence. Their technician came in and suggested a $780 service. I paid the service, they broke few of my titles on the roof and didn’t solve my problem, the pigeons are still there, putting their eggs and making a big mess.
I got in contact with their customer service that told me that I would have to hire them again for an additional service, that would be trapping the pigeons for extra $500!
Don’t lose your time and money with them.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

We've used them for years. Recently had a lot of spider and ant activity. They have been our a few times to retreat but we still see webs the same day.
