nice young men worked well together as a team to tear out water damaged wood floor but as i called them- home wreckers- as a joke and that they did as it was their job it took 9 days to remove 1200 sq feet they could have needed more help to speed up process the basic core team was great but new guys showed up and didn't have the team work down - I was satisfied but had to call on management to get them to work Saturday as they said they were taking basically Friday thru Tuesday for Labor day off while our wood floors had yet to be removed-Good job a l scrapes and nails left on floor and walls but that is what it is-they needed more help I would reccomend ServPro and this season of haboobs gave them too many jobs

I got to my house this morning from a long business trip, I called the Water Fighters and showed up in minutes. its a shame that I went through this but these guys did a fantastic job at drying it all out.

This company is a Joke! They put a Bogus Lein against our house.,. from Louisiana, Parish of Orleans.. when we live in Phoenix, Az.. for payment that has been paid by both the insurance company and our deductible! Jessica Ziegler is a joke! I would not Use this company! They came in and destroyed our house… and then disappeared for months… before another company had to come in and finish the work! Stay Away From This Company!!!

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

Eric and his team made a bad situation into positive results. We were unable to go to Arizona when our hot water tank exploded in our park model home. Eric informed us that he could take care of the situation. He helped us find a company to replace the hot water tank. He took care of the restoration and kept us informed every step of the way. His dedication to detail was apparent with the end result. Eric did an outstanding job of restoring our home. We would not hesitate to use Eric and his team for any repairs we require in the future and recommend his services to anyone in need. The team that performed our mold treatment was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my nagging inquiries. I am happy with the remediation they did overall. Currently, our house is free of mold.

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he was.

Marianna and her crew, came on 09/10 to do some packing and clean up from some water damage that my water heater made they were fast and professional, explained everything and packed everything with efficiency. I would recommend and use them again if I have to.

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run
