Worth it! I have given up on trying other plumbers and just call Atomic. They show up when they say they will, do the job correctly, and stand by their work. I also think it's completely reasonable that they ask to be paid for their professional time when doing an inspection/estimate. They might not be the cheapest, but I will cut back in other areas to balance the budget, for this level of service.

I'm writing as a New customer to R.A. Styron Heating and A/C. My technician that came out was named Marvin. He was Absolutely Awesome! he came right on time and serviced my Air Conditioning system. He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what
I should do next!

Dependable and knowledgeable plumber is my new go to. Rich did some kitchen sink connections and new garbage disposal for me after a granite install. He said he would be here at 8 AM, was here on the dot, I appreciate that.

RHP is a respected name around town and has been for a long time. I hesitate to talk to the line of Costco vendors on the way out the door, but I was interested in a water softener and I found they chose to work with Costco. They were professional from day 1. Came to our house and did the water test and just above board all the way. Had recommendations for us and we are just very pleased all the way around. I will use them agtain in the future. Had my furnace and Central air tuned up and serviced today by Nathan 531, he was very professional and well mannered. Did a great job and highly recommended.

These guys gave me a great deal on a new water heater, and installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing installation, or service.

I had a positive experience with this plumbing company. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my leaking pipe promptly. Fair pricing too!

They did a good job, were great about explaining the new system and answering all our questions (both when giving the estimate and during installation) and the AC works well. And I love the new smart thermostat - very easy to use with lots of options. A couple odd things:
1. As is normal these days, we had to wait 6 weeks for the A/C unit to arrive (we didn't want just a standard AC). Gibson was supposed to schedule the appointment after the unit arrived, but instead they just showed up one morning. I was out of town but my luckily my housemate was home and able to stay home for the 2 days before I got back.
2. I had wanted the return air duct enlarged and wanted to use a larger static filter after another company had taken static pressure readings to find that it's insufficiently sized especially for the later static filter. I can't recall the exact conversation, but oddly Gibson wouldn't do that work. Also, it seems taking the static pressure readings would be a normal part of working on my 30 year old system but they didn't do that.

Those things certainly aren't show stoppers. I'd recommend Gibson to friends.

The work plumber Rob was professional and kept me informed on each step and the progress of fix and cost. He was and on time and took care of the repairs in one day due to my pressing work schedule. I would request his services if I need to call for plumbing work again.

We have tried so many times to get competent plumbers in Reno that did not cost a fortune. Mostly what we got were expensive, flaky guys who actually took shortcuts and caused even greater expense down the road.
Then we found Dave Thiel - not sure how we got so lucky, but this guy is a MASTER plumber and his prices are great! He believes in being fair and reasonable with his customers and has been in business for decades.
He solved problems NO OTHER PLUMBERS IN TOWN could solve for us.

In a word - AWESOME!!!!!!

He is really busy, it is true, but if you are lucky enough to get on his schedule you will be a very happy camper. For sure.

We also bought a Multipure Water Filter from him. Works great!

Worst plumbers ever. They left without fixing anything and refused to look for the leak where I told them it was. Two days later the leaking water started creating bubbles from inside the wall

Guys came out and claimed my pipes were broken.. ran the camera and I paid $200 for then to basically tell me that the only way to fix the issues was replace the whole plumbing system that would cost me 20k.. never calling this company again or recommending then to anyone. I ended up getting a friend help me run the snake down the drain over and over again which fixed the problem.. sadly I paid rooter 200 for nothing.. I never received a recipient either but they still charged me on the 15th of May. I only bringing this up now because I finally fixed it with a friend thus weekend and he told me my pipes were never broken.
