Denny and Devon did a very good job running a gas line in the garage to my new whole house Kohler Generator this week. They where very knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. They answered my questions and concerns. A very good team working together.

Austin G. and Andrew fixed our leak in the bathroom wall quickly and were both polite and professional. I would recommend Rolf Griffin and especially Austin G. and Andrew!

My wife and I’s house just got serviced. we’ve been using Rolf Griffin for years we had Chuck work on our system he did a great job and we always trust the work that comes from Rolf Griffin.

We had a complete HVAC system installed last year by Rolf Griffin. While the system worked well, we had some issues with high humidity in several room. The Operations Manager Matt was very patient and accepting of my concerns (I'm very OCD) and worked with me to solve our issues. Service technicians Abe and Steven arrived and did a great job of installing and setting up a whole house dehumidifier. The work done was very professional and Abe took time explaining how the dehumidifier worked and answered my many questions. Since the installation of the dehumidifier, the high humidity issues are gone!! I highly recommend Rolf Griffin, and especially the service technician Abe.David HunterFort Wayne

We had great service from Rolf Griffin. Kyle was very knowledgeable and found the problem with our furnace quickly. Abe knew exactly what we needed in a replacement and was able to get us approved within minutes for financing. He even got us a great deal! Dirk and Zach were out within a couple hours to start on our install of a new furnace and AC. They were available to answer all of our questions and showed us how the new unit worked. They cleaned up after themselves as they were working and worked quickly.The only negative of our entire experience was getting through/call backs from the after hours call center. Other than that we had a great experience with Rolf Griffin and are happy to be covered by their warranty for the next 10+ years!

Had excellent service with my AC tune up today. Nathan Salmons did a great job and explained everything really well. Unfortunately, part of the explanation was that my AC unit had a bad leak and is on its way out. But the explanation was thorough and even showed me where it leaked with the sniffer. But I believe the annual tune up kept it running longer than it probably would have.

Denny and Ryan installed a new furnace and central air unit in my home yesterday, did a great job and were very professional on everything they did. When they left they did a fabulous job of cleaning up.
Everything is running great! I'm very satisfied!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting on my bathtub to be fixed for over 6 weeks after they ordered the wrong part. I’ve been calling for a week now to check on the part and no one including the plumbing manager will call me back. Highly DO NOT recommend. Called today to check on my part and was told that they have been trying to reach me, because they could not get the part. That is a blatant lie. I have zero voicemails and or missed calls from Kyle, nothing but lies from Rolf Griffin. Update 10/20/21 after speaking with Regional Director, Tony who did have much better customer service and communication, we decided to go with a different company for the repair. Rolf Griffin offered to refund my initial $99.00 service call fee. I waited a week and had not received it so I had to call AGAIN to get that rectified. Moral of the story Rolf Griffin will drop the ball on pretty much every aspect. Very disappointing, when given the opportunity to do damage control they still cannot excel.

Yesterday we had new furnace and central air installed in our home. Technicians Chad and Brian came out shortly after 8am after having called to let me know they were headed my way. Both were friendly and very professional. They got right to work and obviously knew exactly what they were doing I was very impressed with the quality and expertise of the install, noticing how they paid attention to details such as running lines, piping, etc. When they needed to be upstairs, even though I told them they didnt need to be concerned with shoe covers, they put them on anyway. They answered all my questions and made sure we understood how the system worked. Very satisfied, definitely 5 stars and would recommend Rolf Griffin to anyone

We have only lived in our new home for three weeks and were not sure what condition our AC unit was in. Brian Ellis #431 checked it out and reassured us that it was in fine shape. He also wore booties in our home and was very informative.

We had a great experience with Rolf Griffin. Our furnace went out on Sunday, and a few hours after calling Rolf Griffin, Tony was at my house taking great care of explaining all our options. The next morning Zac and Danny were here installing our new furnace and AC. They were very courteous, and were great with explaining everything they were doing. Danny was expecting a new grandbaby at any time that day and he was very excited about it's arrival.... unfortunately the baby did not come before they left...Have lots of fun with that new grandbaby Danny! :) I feel very confident that we made the right decision in going with Rolf Griffin.

Chad, Devin arrived right on time after our old furnace had failed to begin installing a new furnace and air conditioner. With outside temperatures in the low 30s they worked with utmost efficiency while installing new equipment all the time answering our questions and walking through details we’ll need to know going forward. Every one of Rolf Griffin’s staff and crew were outstanding in a timely manner.

Hello, our air conditioner was serviced today by Jessie Garcia. He was a superb technician! He was personable, friendly, punctual but most importantly he did a wonderful job. To date I have never had such a thorough technician. He was knowledgeable of our system and provided helpful tips regarding maintaince. In summary, I wish that we could have each and every time in the future!

Austin and Anthony worked at my house yesterday and they were amazing!!!! We had quite the shower crisis and they worked hard to fit me in this week. Also, they were very polite and CLEAN!!!! They even cut drywall and I barely had to sweep after. Austin also worked with me on price to make sure it was affordable but also getting done what I needed.

Technicians were courteous and prompt. No issues with work performed. still waiting on receipt of work and suggested list.

Brad and Michael teamed up to do a great job on our annual furnace maintenance. Replaced filter and humidifier media, cleaned burners, ignitors and checked operation of electronics. Very efficient and thorough. They provided a report with no findings; Reassuring to know that our furnace will continue providing warmth throughout the heating season.

Had an AC issue and Adam T. with Rolf Griffin, thankfully he responded the same day and got right to work solving the issue. Very professional and clearly knew his work well. Answered all my questions while he was working and explained the issues in detail that made sense to me. Always good to learn from the professionals. Had us fixed up in an hour. Also explained the service plan options which we’ve used since we built our house 4 years ago. They service our equipment twice a year and it has caught a few issues before they became bigger problems. Also saves you money on the service calls too. Definitely recommend that option. Make sure you ask for Adam.

I can’t figure out how to post a new review for the service yesterday, so I’m editing my review from a few weeks ago. My water softener was not working properly. Ryan T and Bryan K responded to my service call. They explained all the testing that they were doing while analyzing my system. I needed to have the softener replaced. They were excellent about explaining everything to me and I also decided that I wanted a whole house water filter put in. They were able to install all of that the same day AND hook up my refrigerator to the water supply. Again, everyone that I’ve talked to or met from Rolf Griffin has been so professional, friendly and seem to really enjoy their work.Denny, Ryan and Kevin installed a new boiler and water heater for me. They were very knowledgeable, personable and seemed to enjoy their work. They demonstrated the new equipment...including the new sounds I would hear. They covered the floors inside the house, but still wore shoe covers. They also cleaned up the work area. Everyone I dealt with at Rolf Griffin was pleasant and professional.

Had a new AC system installed today, and the install went great. Professional and courteous, they took the shortest route possible to go from the outside to the basement when working at the furnace, cleaned up everything, routed the new piping. at the end, they explained everything that they did, and why they had to change some of the stuff on the furnace for the new evaporator coil. Showed me everything they did outside at the new unit. Chad and Tyler were great!

Steve G. and Tyler S. came out and replaced our furnace and cooling units. They were on time and worked quickly. They took the time to explain how everything worked. They even checked to see if we needed portable heaters to use while the furnace was down. Cannot say enough nice things about them and their service. And thank you to Nate for taking the time to explain out options and helping us find the best choice for our house. Will definitely recommend you to our friends!

Mark and Josh were very good at determining the problem with the sump pump. A frozen pipe. They determined the best fix in the cold weather and I am real satisfied. Great job. Will not hesitate to call them again with a plumbing problem.

Jordan and Austin arrived early (they called) and fixed my leaking toilet very quickly. We discussed a future solution (new toilet), possible options and costs. I was extremely pleased with their work and their personalities. In the event (inevitable) that I need anew toilet Rolf-Griffin will be my go to guys. Thanks Rolf-Griffin!

Nathan (531) came to provide my annual service to my furnace. WOW! He’s professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He found a needed repair that could have been very unsafe for my family. He provided a quote for the repair and showed me the issue so I would know the safety issue. I will be requesting him for my service next year.

Alex was the technician that came to service the furnace. He was very professional, respectful and did a great job! Thank you. 5/1/17 - Alex was the technician that came to service my air conditioner as well. Another excellent job! It was pouring down rain that day and Alex did not complain and worked right through it! Rolf Griffin should provide their techs with some type of travel canopy or something to make things easier on them!

Great work, price, and very professional. Evan was great. He was even able to explain the repairs I needed to be done to my wife, lol. Ryan and Alex installed a brand new Lennox HVAC system for my home. They got the job done quickly and were very professional. They cleaned everything up and made sure all my questions were answered. They even allowed me to watch them work and didn't seem to mind at all. My home is now cool again thanks to Ryan, Alex and the rest of the Rolf Griffin professionals that helped me.

I had Mark come out for a plumbing issue. He was very knowledgable and gave me advice on how to treat my plumbing issues. Asked if he had a quick second to take a look at my furnace and he did so with no extra charge. I was so impressed I signed up for their loyalty program.

Zach did a great job with routine maintenance on my air conditioner. Arrived at scheduled time and was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident with the work he did and look forward to seeing him again the next time service is needed!

Had my furnace cleaned today by Nick V. What a terrific young man. Hopefully he has taken care of a problem I have had with my furnace since it was put in. I did place a call into Mr. Dunn because I feel I shouldn’t have had to pay as much as I did for the part being that it’s been an on going problem. Mr. Dunn never returned my call but my technician was fantastic. Thank u Nick V.

UPDATE: After an initially disappointing first experience, the company reached out to me regarding my complaints. Although they did not have the ability to fully resolve my issue, they provided me with a recommendation of someone else to use (who WAS able to fix the issue), and they refunded me my fee, as they were unable to provide the services they offered. After they refunded my service charge, they reached out to confirm that the money was deposited. They were extremely professional, ensuring that I was as satisfied as I could be.

We had an issue with our basement pump. With company coming for the weekend, we needed to get this resolved quickly. Called Rolf Griffin to request service and they were able to come the next day. We received a call letting us know the repairman was on his way.He came in the house and immediately put on protector booties (thank you) and went straight to work. He found the problem and quickly resolved the issue.Thank you! We will most certainly call again.

Matthew Berg (492) of Rolf Griffin Service Experts performed my scheduled AC service this morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. Excellent customer service as always!

Since our units were almost 30 years, Joey came by to give us an estimate on replacing them. He checked everything out and explained that part of our problem with cold areas could be helped with the addition of a couple of return air vents. Joey also told us about a great sale they were having. We decided to take advantage of the sale and update our units. Denny, Ryan and Steve came out to remove the old and install the new units and to add the two new return air vents. They were very courteous and professional and got all the work done in one day. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. Our house is now evenly warm throughout! We are very happy with our new units.

Mike R was great. He worked on our boiler and was very knowledgeable. He was no nonsense and just came to do his job, but still answered politely any questions I had about the work. This is wonderful, as many times I’ve had workers to the house that talk my ear off about non-related things. Mike was very professional.

Our furnace stopped working this morning. Nathan S was here less than two hours from when I called. He is very professional, polite and nice. He was able to quickly see the problem and fix it. Nathan explained what happened and what he had to do to fix it in terms that I could understand. Rolf Griffin is a wonderful company to have - taking care of our heating and cooling systems.

We had a LENNOX Mini-Split System Wireless indoor unit installed today. We were so satisfied with everything Rolf Griffin did while installing the unit on our enclosed porch. The result was much nicer than we anticipated. The Service Technicians, Dirk, Morgan, and Abe were professional, knowledgeable, hard working, as well as, meticulous with details and cleaning up after the job was done. Also their Sales Consultant Nate went the extra mile to make us a satisfied customer by listening to our concerns and needs. We would recommend and use Rolf Griffin in the future for all of our Heating and Cooling needs. So excited with the our new purchase.

Matt (Matt B 423) provided excellent service to us tonight and helped identify issues with our system. He was very professional, kind, and went above and beyond to address our concerns. On a 98 degree day, our system went out and Matt was able to professionally address the issue and help with resolution.

First of all I will say that every person I dealt with at Rolf Griffin gave outstanding service. I just am writing this review to encourage people to get multiple quotes before moving forward with replacement of HVAC systems.I got 4 local quotes to replace my central air. Rolf was highest by far. All three of the other quotes I received were very similar. I got the exact unit Rolf quoted and were going to install elsewhere and saved almost $2,000.

Service techs Chuck 409 and Jalen 573 were very personable and knowledgeable! While Jalen tuned up our furnace, Chuck showed me how to check and clean or replace our dehumidifier and furnace filters. It was a pleasurable experience!!

Very happy with our service. Our technician, Chuck, was very helpful, friendly and informative. He gave us tips about our system and thermostat that will help us save a lot of money.

I'm a first time home owner and when my ac unit stopped working in 90 degree weather my friend suggested Rolf Griffin. Durville was my technician was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and had my ac working in a short period of time. I will be using Rolf annually for maintenance on my ac and heating system. Great job Rolf!

Jordan and Tucker just left my home after a repair on a toilet. They were outstanding….I couldn’t have been more impressed with both of them!! They both took the time to explain all that needed to be done and did a great job on the repair. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen and thank you Rolf Griffin.

Jordan arrived on time and replaced two spigots on the outside of the house. Some of the work was inside, and he left everything very clean.

This review is for 2 separate Rolf Griffin crews who came 11/8/19 for scheduled maintenance agreements.First, Chuck (409) did a great job servicing our furnace. I like that he double checks my maintenance agreement to ensure that our home receives everything that we payed for in our blessed and wonderful maintenance agreement. Thank you.Second, the plumbing crew of Austin G and Ryan T came to our home for our scheduled maintenance agreement. I wish I could remember if it was Austin or Ryan who went the extra mile to explain how to keep drains and drain plugs clean, with tips to avoid clogging. Also going the extra mile, he answered my questions and explained me to me how plumbing works with refrigerator flow and bathroom sink plug mechanisms. So thank you, whichever one you were. I have great water flow!!!! Sorry, I'm lousy with remembering names. Please come back, whichever one you are, for the next scheduled maintenance visit.

I got home the day after having a total knee replacement to the sound of our back up sump pump alarm blaring in the basement. I usually do installs myself, not that I like to, I'm just cheap. I couldn't go down the steps to see what was going on. I had my wife take pictures but I just couldn't see the problem. I had 2 friends come to my house to see if they saw anything. I went through 2 back up pumps in 3 years. The sides of the pumps softened after about a year and blew a hole in the side of the main pump. I emailed Rolf Griffin Service Experts after previous good experiences and purchases. I got a call promptly the next morning telling me that a technician could come immediately. Ryan T. came and diagnosed that a new pump would be needed. Gave me a price and he said he could drive into the shop pick up a new pump and install it right away. I said do it as there was little I could do myself. If returned promptly and installed the new pump. Ryan T. was a friendly and could answer any questions. Thanks Ryan! My only concern is that the pump that was installed is made by the same manufacturer as my 2 previous pumps. The pump Ryan installed was the highest end model so hopefully in will last longer. Thanks Rolf Griffin Service Experts and Ryan.

Nathan came over for service appointment. Everything was smooth. We were very happy with his customer service and demeanor! Just had him over for routine maintenance.

I was told by the Rolf Griffin tech and sales rep that several parts of my furnace would have to be replaced and they were unable to even turn it on. They also told me I had to purchase a new furnace - asap.I got a second opinion, and not only was this other company able to turn on my heat the same day but they said the furnace only required a little cleaning, and the parts that had very clearly and intentionally been pulled out, simply had to be put back in.Can't believe this company operates in such a dishonest way - shame on them.

A little later than expected. Did excellent work, very professional did a great job cleaning up when done. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The service techs Denny and Zach were very professional and very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The salesman Nate did a good job in getting me a great deal.

Our AC went out, called mid morning on a Saturday, and they had a technician at our door by 2:30pm! Ben Moore showed up and was fantastic; knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and answered all of our many questions. Wasn’t pushy at all, helped us figure out the best plan and most importantly, fixed our AC!

Grant and Doug did a great job! I had a gas leak in my stove and they fixed it quickly the same day that I called.

We had Nathan (tech Id 531) out this past Saturday and the service was outstanding. Our system is older so it was less than ideal to work on but Nathan figured out a way to resolve the issue and get our AC working again. We are happy, and most importantly cool on these hot summer days once more

I scheduled an appointment online at 6 in the morning and had a technician at our home before noon. I received a call that he would be out to our home in 30 min. Nick Vandersloot arrived exactly as scheduled he . After explaining what we were experiencing he immediately took care of our issue. We were blessed to have Nick come to our home after he serviced our system in Sept. With knowledge or our system, he was able to resolve our issue very quickly.

The 6 month inspection of our furnace and air conditioner done by Jacob Leftwich was very professional. He was prompt and neat and did a through job.

I've been a customer for 5 years. We recently purchased a newer 3 year old house and the air conditioning was making a horrible noise. It sounded like a warped fan blade was going to fly off at any minute. Unfortunately, it usually made the noise in the evening and not when our technician came out. Matthew Berg very courteous and detailed. In the process, we discovered that the builders left all kinds of construction dust inside the unit and the source of the noise was a loosely fitted metal vent cover that was vibrating. Tightening the cover resolved the noise issues and we opted for the cleaning. Very satisfied with the service provided by Matthew.

Austin Grischke answered my call regarding a problem with my sump pump. He diagnosed the problem, informed me of the products that would remedy the problem. He answered my questions regarding the prices and what I would be getting for my money. After I made my selection he validated my decision and went about the work to install it. after installation he instructed me on the features of the unit and demonstrated how to react to a warning signal. He was instructive and patient throughout the visit. When he left I had no pickup or cleanup to do. I am very satisfied with his performance

Just recently had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Dirk and Kevin did a fine job on the installation and everything seems to be working just as expected. Being a 30+ year Machine Repairman myself, I was more than happy with the quality of workmanship from these two. Also, Nate did a fine job of explaining all the options available to us prior to our final purchase of the equipment.

Our furnace stopped working at 11:30PM on a week night during a Winter Storm Warning. The Rolf Griffen Experts' technicians arrived at 8:00AM during the storm. Ryan T. (450) and Dane (555) had the issue fixed within an hour and a half. Very professional, timely, appreciated!!!

The morning we were taking my husband in for surgery, we woke up to our furnace out. Panicking at 5 am, we called Rolf Griffin’s 24 hour service number. By 8:30, they were at our house, by 9 we found out our 22 year old furnace was done for. We had to leave for the hospital, but they stayed and finished what they could do and sent all the paperwork via email so I could get this moving from the hospital. Chad, our wonderful sales contact, told us they’d have it installed the next day. He offered to bring out space heaters to get us through the night, and I’m sure they do that for everyone, but it felt so personalized. An hour later I got a call telling us they didn’t want my husband coming home from the hospital to a cold house, so they were going to get us in the same day. A bit later, Ryan and Devon were at our house getting our new furnace and air conditioner installed in 29 degree weather. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and cleaned everything up (there was a lot of dirt involved in replacing that 22 yo furnace). They talked us through everything, went over the service plan, and Devon even helped us get our phones programmed to the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of this entire team! It’s never a good day when an expense like this comes up, but man did they make us feel taken care of from beginning to end. Thank you all so much!!!!

Zach came out and immediately went to work servicing my A/C. He went into the attic to drain lines and checked the filter in the house. He then went outside and cleaned and serviced the compressor unit. I needed some parts replaced and he explained what and why I needed new parts. Ross joined him and they both were very helpful in explaining the reasons for parts replacement. I was very happy with the services rendered.

On 12/4/19 I woke up to no heat. I called Rolf Griffin and they sent ZACH out to look at my furnace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. It was determined that I needed to upgrade my furnace. Ryan was very great to work with, but that can be said about all your technicians. We had all of our toilets replaced in the house. He was fast and did a great job. Rolf Griffin came to our aid in a very timely manner. Our water heater went out and they responded quickly but said the part to fix it may be difficult to find as the unit was obsolete. They made every effort to find it but we decided that total replacement was the quickest fix for our problem. Rolf Griffin was able to schedule a replacement within 6 hours! Austin was the technician and we couldn't be more pleased. He was efficient and did a fantastic job. Having replaced water heaters myself over the years I was impressed with Austin's attention to detail. The furnace itself was the original when the house was built and could easily have been mistaken for a crashed alien spacecraft. I could not be more pleased with the job Denny and Kevin did. We've been using Rolf Griffin since we moved here in 2013 and have always had good experiences with them. We just had them install a new sump pump in our basement and Austin and Tucker did a great job. They were professional and had the job done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!

We had bearing noise in our mini-split and requested a new unit. Service technicians Dirk and Devon came to the house and installed a new one. They let us know about a half hour before the came. I purchased a new system through them and also a replacement hot water heater. Scheduled service as well as emergency service is always 5-star. Zachary was a friendly, efficient technician. He did our yearly cleaning and inspection on our furnace. He explained what he had done, did not try to sell us unneeded items or service but answered all our questions. We have been pleased with Rolf Griffen since they installed our furnace many years ago.

I will not definitely recommend this company. We need furnace and air conditioning. Decided to go with Rolf Griffin. It's the biggest mistake that we did. They put up the air conditioning with a big gap from the base so too much air leaking. They fix it. Thought everything is good but come next problem again the pump is leaking that make the base wood so wet now it's look rotten. So frustrating and so much headache. Not happy with this company.

We’ve been with Rolf Griffin for several years but when our AC unit recently ran into issues, Andrew Arambala & Shaun Thompson helped us understand the problem & all our options in addressing it. Both were highly professional but also neighborly and personable. They put our needs at the top of their priority list and did everything in their power to leave us in a comfortable home.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a former employee. At first the opportunity seemed to be great. I was promised advancement, yet was left doing simplistic monotonous work. Never was given the opportunity for challenge or learning. Prior to putting in my notice, I sold a system which made the company thousands of dollars. At the time I was promised a healthy commission. This was the norm. Then after I quit, I continued to contact the manager asking when to expect my money. He first told me it took a few weeks. Then after I waited that time, he told me I never turned in the appropriate paperwork (despite the fact that I did as he told me to do). He told me he put in the paperwork for me. Then after waiting even longer, he said I did not turn in all my uniforms. After about six weeks now, I have resolved to give up. I can most definitely say that I will never recommend their services to anyone. Their crooked and shady practices are not worth my time and effort anymore. The quality and value of service is not worth the exorbitant prices they charge their customers.

We placed sump pump using Rolf Griffin, the service was great and quick, still working great, last week I had a question about blinking light, they sent techician right a way, he answered my question and also looked at other plumbing issue in the house and offered simple fix and saved me at least a thousand dollar for a unnecessary job that I was going to do and advised by another company, I will definitely reach out to them for future plumbing issues.

We had Ben More out to do a service call and general tune up for the heating system in a home we had purchased 6 months ago. Ben was very mindful of our property, making sure his activity did not leave anything noticeable behind. He was eager to share his expertise with us to help us make a well informed decision. We decided to consider a replacement system and add duct work to the 2nd floor of our century old home.Although the sales appointment started a bit rough as no one showed up at the original time. Jessie Garcia, Technician, completed an annual air conditioner inspection on Monday, 5/14/18.He completed a thorough inspection of our air conditioning unit including replacing our air filter after showing us the amount of dirt on the one that was replaced. We had a plastic fence around the outside unit which he advised was too close to the unit to properly do the job and we asked him to remove it which he did.We felt he did a very good job and was professional in completing the inspection.Ralph and Jan Huge

Our technician was wonderful! He actually got to our home before us; however we were able to let him in remotely. I apologized as I knew my very friendly lab was loose in the house. He laughed and said that was no problem he just wanted to know the dog’s name. When he called me to let me know that he had already fixed the issue... before we even arrived back home!!... he told me that my dog was having a great time with him and getting lots of belly scratches. Great technicians excellent service would highly recommend to anyone who needs service done! Had our annual a/c service this week (been with RG for several years now for our furnace and a/c servicing) and it went smoothly and on time, as usual. Zach and Brandon were here and were very efficient.

Nick Manning came to our home to do our annual spring tune-up. He was on-time, courteous and gave us a couple helpful tips.Durville and Brandon did a routine maintenance inspection of our AC. They were courteous and professional and provided helpful advice for keeping our AC unit from working so hard by trimming bushes around it. We appreciate the thoroughness of their inspection and feel confident our AC is working at peak performance.

Nathan responded to our emergency call on a Sunday night (Thanksgiving weekend). We returned home to no heat with 2 small kids. He was very professional and he was able to solve our problem immediately. We were so impressed we signed up for the maintenance agreement. His expertise and great attitude were very much appreciated!

Mark and Josh were knowledgeable and explained everything. We had a minor issue with our gas meter, but they handled it professionally and quickly. Very happy with our new gas water heater!

Evan and Doug came out to give a quote to my buyer client for a drain clean out. They were absolutely fantastic! They took their time explaining everything in detail and eased my clients mind about taking a proactive approach to keeping their drain cleaned out. It has been a wild ride with our plumbing after buying a fixer home. Through worse and worse and worse news, the plumbers who are working on our home were actually very sincere and apologetic in explaining the unfortunate issues we encountered. I have been able to contact Austin, our plumber, whenever we had an issue throughout the process. For such a horrible situation, they have made the process very easy. I am glad they were the first people I called. Also, thankfully, because they have financing we are going to be able to pay for the work to be done right.

Friendly, Professional, Cleaned up like they weren't even there. When my original 1980's furnace finally gave out, we bit the bullet and replaced all of the HVAC - furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater.It's a major expense so we wanted the best. Our installers Dirk and Kevin were wonderful. They had about a 10 hour day and were in good spirits to the end. We are very pleased with the Lennox systems.

Nick, and later Adam, came to inspect and service my air conditioning system for the season. Both were professional, clearly competent in this task, answered questions clearly, and shared what they had done in the process.

Ryan Taylor 450 arrived timely, went right to work doing a complete and thorough check of my furnace. He filled me in on all the information, reset my thermostat before he left.

We have used Rolf Griffin for several years and feel they have treated us fairly in the past. Denny and Zach installed a new A/C and heating system at our place of business. They seemed to be very professional and completed the job in 1 day. Very pleased and glad to have A/C back on and working.

Today I had the technician Jordan come to my house to fix a clogged pipe. The technician did good work and took care of everything professionally, but leading up to this point the company was a bit frustrating to work with.I called in on Sunday morning to see when they could schedule me, and the call center told me they could squeeze me in that day. This was great news since I could not use any water in my house with out it overflowing my toilet. I then get a call from the tech at around 3pm tell me they don't do that work on weekends. Okay, that's fine I get it. So I called this morning (Monday) and was asking if I had an appointment for today and mentioned that I wasn't aware they didn't do plumbing on Sundays. The lady on the phone reiterated what I already know, but didn't really apologize or anything. Just blamed the call center. I had signed up for the Priority+ plan through the call center and was told I'd receive 15% off my repair and removal of the trip charge. My husband was at home and the tech told him the price. He asked if that was with the 15% off and he was told that yes it was. I receive the receipt and no where on there does it say the discount was applied. So I call the office again and the lady that answers calls the tech. She responds to me with Well the tech already told your husband he applied the discount. So, it seems a little suspicious being that there is a section for discounts on the receipt but there wasn't any listed? I told her that seemed a bit shady and her response was Next time we come to service your house we'll make a note about it.So to wrap it up, the work was great, the journey to get there and the aftermath I am not happy about. Not sure if I will use this company again.

We reached out to Rolf Griffin to assess an issue with our water heater. Mark, our technician, came out and did an excellent job assessing our issue, discussing our options (with no pressure), and, he replaced our water heater.Mark took the time to discuss our water heater and what we could expect from the options presented. He also discussed additional services provided by Rolf Griffin which we were unaware of. Excellent face of the company. Good to know for future reference. Our service was top notch and I would not hesitate to request Mark for any of our service calls.Follow up two weeks later. We had a scheduled maintenance on our AC unit. Landon, the technician, showed up between the stated time and in short order was under way with the routine check up. He did a fantastic job communicating to us what he did, what to be on the look out for in the future and some suggestions down the road. Excellent service call.08/27/2017 Update - Mark once again provided exceptional service. We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom and after trouble shooting the issue, he had the problem fixed. The longest part of the visit was actually deciding to ad the access panel (no brainer) where we needed it. Mark is an excellent service representative and an excellent face of the Rolf Griffin Service Expert Company.

Chad and Alejandro came out to my house to installed my new HVAC system. They were friendly and professional all day long. They explained how to operate the new thermostat, showed me all the other details that when into the installing process (piping, caulking, etc) and clean up at the end of the job. In my opinion, they did top notch work with no sign of sloppy workmanship at all! I was very impressed, and glad I decided to go with Rolf Griffin.The next day, Steve came out to clean my air ducts. He was also friendly and professional. Did a good job and I was happy with my service.

After months of unresolved issues with my furnace, that we were told by another company it looked like we going needed a quite expensive repair. I asked Rolf Griffin to come out for a second opinion. Ryan and Damion came out, were there for a short time, had the furnace fixed and working correctly with only a minor repair. They were professional and courteous. I will plan to use them again in the future!

Nick Manning came out this morning to service my air conditioner for the season. He was on time, courteous, polite and finished the job in a professional manner. These guys are the best in the area. I've been with them for quite a few years and these are my go-to guys.

The service technician, Andrew, was very thorough with his inspection and service of our 13 year old central air conditioner. He took the time to show me where the system was showing signs of wear, and explaining what he would recommend to maintain the unit and maximize its remaining term. The sales consultant, Shaun, was very helpful in explaining the service options, maintenance contracts, and eventual replacement options. My service technician Andrew A. (#579) was extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining what he was doing, and what needed to be done to get my air conditioning functioning properly. He apologized that the issue that was found during what was to be a AC Tuneup was more than just a cleaning.He provided me with options and was realistic at setting my expectations of timing for the repair as well.VERY FRIENDLY highly recommend

Today 9-12-23 was the day for our annual furnace inspection. It was completed by Andrew Arambula and Tim Stoner. Our system is old and we know that it is in need of changing out. But they both were very knowledgeable about repairs that need to be done and if we want to replace the unit that cost as well. They didn’t pressure me, just gave me the information and ran some numbers for me. They were both very polite and courteous.

I called them out for plumbing issues. They showed up late Friday afternoon after most companies were closed for the week. And there was no EMERGENCY Fee. They showed up faster than I thought they were going too. Grant was courteous and respectful and informative as he was figuring everything out. After we encountered some roots and we were about to move inside. He called a higher up (Evan) to show up and help. To see if we could do anything before we did move which would raise the price. Luckily we did not and I will say that I have never seen two plumbers work harder and as diligently and thoroughly as Grant and Evan did. The kept snaking further and further down and with cameras to make sure pipes were as clean as they could be. For the same price. Other companies i used in the past would have just gotten the clog to move and then left and if need charged me again to come back out. Grant and Evan showed me the sloppiness of thier previous work. They informed me of everything that was wrong and things that would or could happen in future problems to look out for. I plan on calling them again when I may need an excavation for problems with roots and laying new pipe.

The Rolf Griffin Service Experts called to advise they were on the way to my house to install a new heater/air conditioner system. The team of Dirk, Kevin, and Al arrived and started removing the old system and installing the new one. Their work ethic was impeccable. All of the questions that I asked, were answered quickly. Once the system was installed, they performed operational testing to validate all was in order. I highly recommend Rolf Griffin.

We have called Rolf Griffin for years for our a/c and furnace needs. They are prompt- they arrive when they say they will arrive, clean, conscientious, and friendly. Vic and Blake were at the house recently to fix the a/c. Our regular furnace tune-up was scheduled for the following week, and they suggested they do that job while they were here to save us another day of having service people at the house. All good!

When my water heater stopped working Kyle did an excellent job of offering me various options with no pressure and then came back to install the water heater with piping that was up to code and far better than the previous work done by Korte. Great personality and high quality work. My only complaint is that the scheduling is horrendous - overbooked the day I took off on vacation and was late the next day. The technicians deserve better support and make RG look good.

I can not say enough about Chad and Corey. These two gentlemen worked so very hard for us it was amazing! We were an all electric home and they put in a furnace and air conditioning system for us. These two worked non stop from the time they came in the morning until they left. They were extremely courteous and cleaned up all of the mess each day before leaving. We are VERY pleased with the work these two gentlemen have done. I highly recommend Rolf Griffin!!

Rolf Griffin has been servicing our HVAC system for at least 6 years and they are always fantastic! (I highly recommend the Advantage Program...we pay a low monthly fee and get free PM's each year and expedited emergency service!!!) My parents replaced their furnace and ac. The technicians, Dirk & Kevin, were great. Very professional and timely. They were a 5! The only complaint was the sales rep did not describe that the new exhaust pipe would be sticking out on the front of the house and close to a window. This caused us to switch to a different furnace that we had not researched and was not as efficient.

I am impressed to have received a free quote and then had my job completed in one day (due to a cancelation). I needed help redirecting the sump pump line outside. A trench was dug and the piping was already outside from the basement. During the free quote with Joel and Austin, I was told it would cost a couple hundred since a lot of the work was already done. They went to their van and returned with a paper quote for $350-450. The quote reflected a more expensive pipe and two hours of labor. Joel said that if a cheaper pipe was used and if the job took less than 2 hours to complete, the quote could be cut in half. I called within an hour to schedule and asked to use the cheaper pipe. Joel and Austin returned a few hours later and started working. After the pipe was installed, I was informed that it'd be a good idea to have gravel at the end for water to drain and to put a cap on the end to keep animals out. The job was finished in 1 hour which was nice, but I still have to dig and add gravel at the end of the pipe, buy a cap for the end, and back fill the entire ditch. Joel then presented a bill of nearly $300. After asking why it cost more than half of the quote after using the cheaper pipe and only one hour of labor, he dropped it $50 and said its the lowest he could go. I take ownership that this was partly my fault. I should have had a written quote that was agreed upon before the work was started. In the end, the job cost more than expected and I still have more work that needs done.

My water heater starting leaking on our day of the big snow. my technician Ryan T. was here in short order, sized up the problem,, went and got a new unit. He had to shovel my drive to be able to get the unit in my house. He also helped me move a few things. I had had surgery within the week and was not allowed to lift anything heavy. He was sweet, polite and finished the job in short order. Hats off to Ryan. He can come back any time.

Jacob Leftwich came out and did the yearly maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner this week. He was professional and friendly, answered a few questions I had, and got our systems all ready for another year. I have used Rolf Griffin Service for years and would recommend them to everyone.

Our furnace would intermittently blow out cold air. The company that installed our furnace, who were providing regular maintenance, couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After dealing with that mess all last winter, we called Rolf Griffin after a friend’s recommendation.Our service technician was Nathan Salmons. Not only did Rolf Griffin send him out the same day we called, but he stayed as long as it took to diagnose the problem. He was super friendly and explained the issue thoroughly. He also did what he could to improve the issue while we waited for our repair date. On our repair date, Nathan came out when scheduled, which as most of us know is a rare thing for service calls, and fixed the problem. Since then, we haven’t encountered any further issues. Based on that experience, we will be scheduling our maintenance with them from now on we will absolutely call them if we run into any problems in the future.

Extremely surprised and disappointed in level of customer service from service tech. Due to the distance he had to travel to my home, he asked me to help diagnose the problem. When I explained I could not access where the issue was, he responded with a poor attitude and somewhat irritated that I couldn't assist... Which in turn definitely made me second guess my decision to hire Rolf Griffin. This tech was not happy about his job and that's not who I want working on sevicing my home. anyways, another company was happy to send a tech out.

Durville has been our technician for a number of years and has always given us excellent customer service. He is very thorough, answers any questions we have and takes time to explain details. He gets rated excellent (5 stars) from us.

Seth was our service technician. He called before arriving and was very polite when coming into our home. Of course our 2 dogs greeted him and he was just fine petting them hello. After he finished servicing our heater, he went over the service checklist in detail with me.

The folks at Rolf Griffin did a fine job helping me with my furnace. Nick Vanderstool came out for a service check and saw some things weren’t working correctly. He and a colleague were able to get the parts put in same day. He also asked if I wanted to talk with some colleagues about a new system. I obliged and his other colleagues came out same-day to advise me on my options for no charge. The Rolf Griffin sales reps were knowledgeable, non-pushy, and very friendly. Nick was early, always communicated what was happening, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Rolf Griffin to anyone.

Jordan is pretty awesome and diagnosed the issue in all of 2 seconds.... Sewage pump didn't get plugged back in after water heater install.Give that man a raise and a steak dinner.

If it's Sunday late afternoon early evening you have a whole house full of people some of them go to school the next day and then the pipes in the toilets don't go down you try to call your insurance company to have someone come out they said no one comes out I called Evan 518 at Roth Griffin he came out it was dark he got the job done at a good cost and done right if you need them call Evan

The prices were stellar, and the customer service was A+. They had the problem solved within 30 minutes of arriving. This is the second time we have called Rolf Griffin, and will absolutely do it again if we ever need someone.

Kyle Lee was the service rep that was sent to our home yesterday to checkout the problem we were having with our water heater.it was determined that our unit could not be repaired because the parts we needed were no longer made, and that our unit was not safe to use without these repairsKyle explained that the price he quoted us would include the cost and the installation of the unit with a 6 year warranty.We agreed to the new unit and Klye set up an appointment for today to do the work. He arrived today, on time and immediately went to work in install our unit ,the whole process took about 2 hrs.This young man was polite, he showed pride in the way he did his job. and certainly had the knowledge he needed to do a great job. He explained fully to us the way our unit worked and the warranty information.We felt safe and secure with his work and his attitude while he was in our home, and to senior citizens that is a lot.I will certainly tell my friends and neighbors to request Kyle for all their plumbing problems when they call Rolf Griffin for service.

We had a large leak at our home shut-off valve and called Rolf Griffin this morning around 6am. We received a call back from Mark Hollenbaugh within 5 minutes and he was very professional and advised what we needed to do so he could replace the shut-off. He was at our home when he said he would and did a superb jog. He was pleasant to have working on our plumbing and provided answers to all our questions. This review is about Durville. Our experiences with his service tonight were superb.In late 2017, my wife and I moved to Fort Wayne and bought an historic home which had been recently renovated. We had previously lived in Washington, DC and in Chicago, most recently. Our experiences with maintenance professionals has left us with a large and diverse portfolio of experiences. Today’s experience with Durville from Rolf Griffin easily ranks among the very best.This morning, our thermostat was reading several degrees lower than average and our temperatures had been dropping throughout the hours that approached noon. At noon, I called Rolf Griffin. The company had a technician report to our home by 4pm. The gentleman that arrived was among the most professional, smart, and sincere maintenance technicians whom I have ever met. His name is Durville. As he reviewed our furnace, Durville began to ask germane and poignant questions about the humidity and moisture accumulation in our basement and about the history of the equipment. He went to work immediately, inspecting the motor and fan in the furnace and quickly surmised that there was some condensation, leading him to believe that there was a blockage in the furnace’s water drain. He walked me through the issue, went to his truck, returned with tools, and promptly cleared the drainage pipe. After speaking with him in detail as he worked, I said, “you should teach courses in this”. He said, “I do.” We then spoke in great detail about his experience and the courses that he teaches, including his passion for his work. Durville proceeded to thoroughly spot-check everything related to our circulation, after he performed full maintenance on the furnace and humidifier. He took the extra time to work with me on spot checking both vents and the temperatures in my 9 month old’s room and in my 2 year old’s room before he finished up his work. Durville was patient, thorough, and wise. I also must note that this was late on a Friday night, when I imagine that any other average maintenance technician could have wanted to be done with work as early as possible, sacrificing attention to a customer for personal interests. My husband and I have been through the wringer with our old HVAC system. We are so happy we found Rolf Griffin to replace it. Our old heater just wasn't doing it but purchasing a new one was a very scary prospect in this uncertain economy. Ross was very patient and offered lots of options. When the guy's arrived to install the unit Chad took every question we had and made sure we understood everything while Al took extra time to show us the new software and even waited patiently while us old folks played with it. But poor Weston had to do multiple trips under the craw space just to show us options for the return ducts and no matter how many times he crawled under the house he came back up with a smile. I had a clogged main drain that I tried to free myself, but ended up calling Rolf Griffin Service Experts based on google reviews that I read, I'm so glad I did. Evan and Doug came out and took care of the problem quick and easily and they were very professional. On January 31, 2017 Tony Salmons made a late night service call for no heat on our 8 year old Lennox furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem, did some cleaning of the condensate tube and, I believe the exhaust tube also. The furnace quickly was back in working order. Tony also said he would place an order for an inducer, as the current one has a nasty vibration. There was no charge, as furnace is still under parts and labor warranty. On another note, had the tech from the same company who performed routine service on the furnace on January 24 been more thorough, we might have avoided this heat-out situation. Overall, I have been very satisfied with all of the Rolf Griffin personnel over the past 8 years.Update 2-7-17 Tony came back to install the new inducer today. Installation was done, checked out everything thoroughly, and he answered all my questions. Our furnace is located in the center of the house (no basement) and they always work to keep everything clean. I was previously rating them at 4 stars, but actually, over the 8 years they have worked for me, I would put them at 5 stars.

Austin Crow came to our rescue today. Constant rain, hail and snow inundated our area. Our sump pump failed and water flooded our basement. Within an hour of calling for help, Austin showed up and reset the pump so it would at least take care of the flooding. Rolf Griffin service techs and sales reps are truly knowledgeable and professional! My furnace and water heater were both 23 yrs old. Furnace was starting hard and loud and at times was shutting completely off. I called Rolf Griffin and they came out the very next day! Fixed my problem with my A/C in about 5 minutes, but charged $366 for a part that should only cost $25. That did not include the cost for diagnosing my problem. I feel like, I was taken advantage of. I wish I would have researched more. They were able to come out the same day and the technicians were nice enough. I probably could have fixed it myself though.

We just converted over to a gas water heater and had a humidifier installed. Rolf Griffin service techs CHAD and ALEJANDRO arrive on time and were very professional. They worked with out stopping. They removed the old electric water heater, water line and electrical wiring. They installed new water lines and gas connections The new gas water heater is in the garage next to our new gas furnace that Rolf Griffin also installed. We have never been dissatisfied with any one or any product that we have purchased from Rolf Griffin. They really are the Service Experts.

I had my old hot water heater replaced with an on demand unit. In doing the installation, the technicians began smelling gas. Checking everything out thoroughly, the rusted lines were replaced which put my mind at ease. My project was completed in one day by Denny and Weston. These two guys worked well together. They cleaned up my utility room floor and my garage area where they worked when they were finished. My questions were answered clearly. Both technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future.

I know there were some challenges installing the furnace due to fitting very tightly in the space allotted. Regardless they were able to get both installed and up and running the same day. Our heat went out this week, and a tech from another company came out and let us know we needed to replace our boiler. They were sending someone out the next day to provide an estimate, and I decided to call Rolf Griffin to get a second quote. They were extremely flexible and able to come out at any time the next day.Ryan M. is the salesman who came out to my house. He was extremely helpful and professional. He sat down with me and went over all of my options and explained everything in detail. I appreciated that I had options to choose from, including an impressive variety of different financing options. He even helped me calculate the savings I could expect from a higher efficiency model, and we were able to determine that the extra cost likely wouldn't be that beneficial to really justify the price, which I absolutely appreciated. Typically you expect salesmen to just try to upsell you, but that wasn't my experience at all.In fact, the other company I got a quote from told me that I needed to spend an additional $1000 to replace my water heater as well. To fit in a new boiler, the water heater needed to be moved (both companies agreed on this), but the other told me I could basically just assume the unit wouldn't work after being moved, which didn't sound right to me (and surprise, it does still work). Ultimately, I felt like they were trying to just make a bigger sale, their prices for just the boiler was already $1000 more, and they didn't offer any options or discuss anything with me.Ultimately, it was a super easy choice, and I called Ryan back right away. He immediately came back over to get my financing going, and I had two men over installing my unit at 9:00 the next morning. Steve G. and Corey B. are the gentleman that took care of the installation. Both were extremely professional, willing to answer any questions I had, and I have absolutely no complaints from the experience.We are relatively new homeowners and had not worked with any cooling/heating companies prior, but we will absolutely continue to work with Rolf Griffin from this point forward. I had a great experience with everyone from their company I interacted with. Ryan even came back to check on the installation, and he brought treats for my dogs and cats. We requested a service call via the website on a Sunday evening because our A/C wasn't cooling... just as it's starting to warm up outside! Within an hour we had an appointment for the next day. Durville and Brandon arrived on time and were very professional and friendly with my wife, who was home alone at the time. They diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and the cost before they got started. They had the needed part on hand and completed the repairs efficiently and had just finished when I arrived home. We have been service plan members for years and have never been disappointed. Mark recently came out on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend to take care of my idiotic garbage disposal mistake. He was extremely efficient and kind. Never annoyed that his weekend was delayed because of my mistake. He also spoke highly of the company and people he works for and his customer base. Furnace and air conditioner install today. First I received a call as expected. The gentlemen arrived shortly there after with all the equipment and tools they would need. Work began immediately with removal of old system and installation of my new system. As expected this was not the quietest of procedures. But to my surprise there was little to no disruption in our day to day routine. All work was completed with professional competence. I was given a tour of my new equipment and a brief tutorial on the operation of my new smart thermostat, quite fancy if I say so myself. All in all Dirk and Kevin did quite a fine job. Needed to replace kitchen sink drain as plug no longer worked. People arrived within an hour and found what was needed. Went for parts and installed but had a leak, upon inspection found part defective. Obtained another and installed with out a problem.

Wow! We have a beautiful 1940's Cape Cod style home that did NOT heat or cool properly. We had multiple companies out to give us quotes and Tony was the first person in my home that had the vision necessary to get proper airflow to my entire home. They did it all. Totally ripped out my 45 year old furnace and 27 year old AC unit, and all previous duct work in the basement. They installed a new furnace (moving from its original location), added 10 supplies (2 of which went all the way upstairs, 4 on main floor and 4 in the basement), moved cool air returns, zoned the upstairs and main floor, changed the location of the thermostat, replaced the AC Unit, and installed a whole house humidifier.On the sales side, Tony did a great job, I believe he was fair and informative. He provided us our options, was very helpful but in no way pushy.On the installation side, Chad and Alejandro were at our house full time for 7 days. They did excellent work. The maintained a clean workspace and were thorough in all the small details that make work last a long time. Additionally they were courteous and clean. I felt comfortable with my wife and kids being home while they worked and they were professional and kind in their communication.Because it was such a big job, I was very involved in the process and they did not mind taking the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also did not mind considering my ideas and did not make me feel silly for suggesting my preferences.We have had it fully installed for about 2 weeks now and it is amazing! The zoning is great! We had the upstairs (normally 5-7 degrees warmer than the main floor in this style house) at 69 while the main floor was at 74 with the windows open. We have felt comfortable in our entire house for the first time since we bought the place!I share my experience with friends, co-workers and family as great work deserves recognition. I can only give 3 starts at the moment due to some issues, as the process hasn't been entirely smooth. However, Kevin and Steve in my opinion are good installers and good people. Who I had no problems sharing my home with for 5 days. Rating will go up with time if no more issues arise. Edited to 4 stars after some good experiences.

This is the first time I've used Rolf Griffin. I bought this house in July. I called Rolf Griffin to do the maintenance on my furnace. The service technician, Atilano Casiano #456, did a fantastic job. He was courteous, respectful and thorough. He explained everything to me. I was so satisfied with the service I signed up for the yearly plan for my furnace, central air conditioning unit and my water heater. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend Rolf Griffin.

Furnace igniter broke overnight from Saturday to Sunday, while I was out of town. My non-technical housemate let me know it was 63, and my thermostat let me know there was an issue about that time too. I made a call about 6:30am on a Sunday, and was lucky to get a technician call by 7:20, arrived about 7:50, and he was calling me at 9 to tell me he was finished, had waited about 15 minutes to ensure everything was working and the house temp had already begun to go up.My housemate told me that the technician (Jeffrey) was polite, put boot covers on every time he came back into the house from fetching items from his van, and cleaned up all tools and trash generated during the fix.You can't plan too much for emergencies, but you can have the right number on the fridge to call when they come. I'll keep using Rolf Griffin for my HVAC for years to come, including when the furnace needs replaced.

Service nightmare! I bought my furnace from Service Experts a couple years ago and have had no complaints on service until now. I pay them for annual service and their tech came out yesterday, looked at my furnace and asked me where the on/off switch on the furnace was located. After a couple hours, he finished and I went to the grocery. When I got back I had no heat. I called their 24 hour service number and Dave the call center guy said nobody could help me tonight. He said they would arrive at my house at 10am tomorrow. It is nearly 1pm and they still are not here. If you have service in your name and you screw up, you better make sure you take care of your clients!

I have been a customer of Rolf Griffin for nearly a decade and a half. From their complete replacement of my central air 12 years ago to their semiannual maintenance visits...their customer service is top notch. Brian and Cameron’s visit in September is what I’ve come to expect. Friendly customer service done quickly and efficiently.

What a JOKE!!! Honestly. First of all, we called for an EMERGENCY. She told me they would be here early in the morning and once it became 10, I called and they said they would give me a call when they’re on their way. Well, I was doing work around the house and here comes two men knocking on the door. No warning call, nothing. They then inspected the basement drain and said nothing was wrong, when it keeps getting backed up when it rains. Clearly means something is wrong. Waste of $100 when they were here for 10 minutes and “nothing” ended up being wrong. Here’s to fixing the issues myself because they robbed me out of my money.

Chuck (#409) called, advised ETA which was within the time I had asked for. He was very polite, explained everything and did so in a professional manner. Serviced AC and found no issues. I also appreciated the text and email advisories telling me when he would arrive.

I've never been a customer and yet I routinely receive multiple phone calls asking to schedule additional services. The most recent called being at 8:15PM. Be a better business with better business practices...

Let me start by saying that my maintenance closet is very small and the two Service Technicians (Denny/Weston) did an Excellent Job installing my new wall mounted Weil-McLain Evergreen Pro Condensing Gas Boiler. These gentlemen are definitely Professional. Well at least Denny…lol. Just kidding Weston. The Technicians were on time and answer all my questions. If you’re upgrading your system these Technicians are Excellent!

Nick V came to service our furnace a few weeks ago and did a wonderful job. Although he did find that the last time someone came out they never put a filter back in our unit, (not great but mistakes happen) he took the time to contact a supervisor and make sure that we would be taken care of when it came time to clean out the parts that are now dirty because of it. He even went as far as to show pictures of what a clean unit looks like compared to what ours does. Very kind, informative and helpful. We will definitely be requesting him from here on out.

We decided to have Lennox mini split system installed in our large historic home. We went through Costco and their authorized dealer was Rolf Griffin. Joey Hendricks was great as he walked through the sales portion and we got explanations and worked to figure out a good install route, so as to provide as little intrusion on our inside and outside showing of the equipment. We also were considering some plumbing items and their plummer man came to give overview on this area as well (we decided to postpone that portion). The men who did our challenging install were Chad and Dirk. We were impressed with Chad and Dirks professionalism, courtesy, pleasantness, attention to care for not tracking in snow and ice (it was the subzero weather for the install inside and out), general pleasant attitude. When we had questions or concerns they were glad to give attention to clarification on them. Two of the items on the equipment had an issue in the install, Chad was sure to get that cared for before signing off on that area of the install. Chad remembered that I was interested in getting model and serial numbers on all the equipment and he provided a list for me to scan for my own records (which will be a great help down the line, so I won't have to try to find the info on the units should that be needed). I received calls and info so I knew when to expect them coming. They started on the date given and were able to complete the job when they estimated. I have been very pleased with the whole process by Rolf. Chad and Dirk were great.Follow up on yearly check. Jessie Garcia and Caleb did great job for maintenance. Very good.Had Mark Hollenbaugh do work on plumbing. very nice and helpful in explanations. Good jobWe had a steam boiler installed. Our past experience was helpful and after a disappointing experience with another contractor in the area, we went with Rolf for our boiler install. IT is a large expense, sure want a good, trustworthy experience. Denny, Ryan and Morgan were here the estimated 3 days to install. They took care in the take out and install of the large clumsy equipment. Took time to answer my question and on the differences of the new equipment. Rolf technician, Ryan C. arrived on time, even though roads were icy. He wore shoe covers each time he entered our home. Nick was quick and efficient while still being thorough. Nick cleaned up the furnace and tightened the loose connections for me. We've been using Rolf Griffin for years and have never been disappointed. Recently, our 18-year-old furnace started having issues and needed replacement. A home comfort specialist came out and helped us choose a system. Three days later, they came out and installed our system without any problems. Chad and Steve were the ones who came out and put it all together. They were both friendly, professional, courteous, and informative. I didn't realize they were here most of the day. Bryan was our service technician today. He was very nice and professional and explained everything in detail. We have used Rolf Griffin for several years for our annual service plan and a few repairs that were needed and they have always provided A+ service.

I had a plumbing issue with my washing machine. Ryan T (405) and Bryan K (327) came out, squeezed their way between my machine and my wall and were able to fix it no problem. They even checked out my water heater and found it was 15 years old and severely NOT up to code. It wasn't hooked up correctly and wasn't vented correctly either. They were surprised our carbon monoxide detector had never gone off. They were able to get me approved for the water heater lease/rental program Rolf Griffin has to offer. They installed our new larger water heater correctly and quickly switching out the necessary parts and venting it all in the same day. If you think about it, what started as a small leak ended up saving our lives in the long run. Thank you Ryan and Bryan!!

Six month maintenance appointment went as planned. The tech showed up out of the 2 hour window I was given but understandable this time of year. I like that they have a service plan that you pay monthly and also it sounds like they have a couple different options for financing the new air/furnace that I'll need soon. Tech Nathan Salmons performed a maintenance contract visit to test and clean the furnace. During the inspection he discovered cracks in the heat exchanger, a problem with the igniter and a problem with the gas valve mechanism. He informed me of his findings and the need for immediate attention.After discussing the repairs needed for a safe and reliable furnace, I suggested that it might be better to consider a replacement. Nathan contacted Nate Horn, Residential Sales Consultant, to discuss my options for a replacement unit. He told me the units available and the prices, and after considering the cost of the repairs vs. that of a new unit, I decided to go with a new unit.Both men were courteous and professional and well versed in their jobs. I especially commend Tech Salmons who did all he could to make the situation less stressful. Both men are excellent representatives of Rolf Griffin.

We had an air-conditioning emergency late in the day and we figured we'd have to wait until the next day to work it out, but they were able to send Matt out that night to figure out what was wrong and was back the next day to fix it. We had a water emergency on a weekend and when we called Rolf Griffin, their technician, Ben, responded very quickly. 2 hours later Ben came to our house an hour and fifty minutes later he was finished. He showed us how to reinsulate the pipe once everything was dried out. And let the spaces he worked in cleaner than they were when he arrived. I had Rolf Griffin come out for a maintenance inspection and it went really well. My technician was Nick Vandersloot and I really liked the guy. He was very professional and extremely good at his job. Told me what I needed to know and wasn’t pushy or anything. Plus he just seemed like a really good guy, very friendly. He even went above and beyond and helped me with a drainage issue free of charge. Highly recommend these guys and I would ask for Nick; he was great to work with.

We have been with Rolf for many years. They are great to work with. With the extreme cold, two pipes busted in our home over Christmas. Jordan was awesome. He was able to get to the pipes and repair them. We now have water again. We have used them many times for our plumbing needs. We also use them for our heating and air.

We purchased a modern hi-end furnace from Rolf Griffin, and it has worked beautifully, without issue. Per contract, on 2/25, a technician was sent to perform scheduled maintenance and exam of the system. Matthew Berg 492 arrived promptly as scheduled, and was courteous, efficient, difligent.He later explained the maintenance tasks that were performed. We were pleased with his work and professioinalism.

After he had fixed my plumbing he spend 40 minutes with me talking over not only what went wrong, but how we could heat our house more efficiently. One year ago our water heater gave up the ghost. We checked the reviews on Google and selected Rolf Griffin to come out and replace our old unit. Austin was at our door on time and proceeded to remove the broken unit and replace it with a new one. His work was top notch! The fittings and piping was all top of the line. The installation was all top notch.The bill was more than some others quoted but I would rather pay a little more and know that the job was top of the line.Last week Austin came back to our house to give our water heater a one year anniversary check up. The furnace went out on Saturday morning they showed up within an hour check out furnace explain what was wrong. After we decided to replace our 15 year old furnace instead of repair it Tony came over explain all our options was even available on Sunday to answer questions. The confidence I had in Ryan’s great work ethics & motivation enabled me to focus on things I needed to take care of during this time. I urge people to get multiple quotes before replacing their furnace and air. I was quoted $14,000 for a single system furnace and a/c unit. They knew I was in a tough situation since it’s the winter and I wouldn’t have heat, and I don’t know much about furnaces. Luckily I cancelled my appointment and got more quotes and now I’m paying half what they quoted me. I don’t have trust in this company whatsoever after this experience.

We've always had great experiences with this company. Our furnace has been on the edge of failing for years now, and they have done several after-hours emergency calls to get it back up and running. When it finally went out for good this week, they had a sales rep to us in 2 hours and a new furnace installed 24 hours later. Tony made the selection process simple, explaining our options and the differences between them in layman's terms so that we knew exactly what we were getting. Dennis, Morgan and Ryan made the installation process fast and easy, despite a setback beyond their control, and were great about keeping me updated throughout the installation. The initial technician carefully searched for the reason we were experiencing problems with our plumbing. He explained what he found, provided a reasonable estimate and a realistic timeline for repair. Within a few days (after the utilities were marked) Mark and Ben returned with equipment to complete the repair. They communicated what they found all along the process, were respectful in how they moved through our building (wearing protective coverings so as to not track mud and such!), worked in a timely manner, and completed the job in under the estimated time. We had routine service done on our AC unit. Tech were on time and serviced our AC unit. Techs were knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. We had two techs that day Jeff & Ryan, one was in training and Damion stopped by to make sure everything was done to my standards. We have always used Rolf Griffin since buying our house in 2015 and have never had a problem. The only downside is that they do get booked up on services so we did have to wait quite awhile to have our service done, however this would not have been a problem if we would have called to set up appointed before Spring was over. I would highly recommend Rolf Griffin for any heating/air service.

I'm so - so after my last experience. The people are 5 stars for politeness. Great people and good quality work. I'm not impressed with the communication/knowledge from those people. For example: I was told a 30 gallon water heater was enough for 4 people or that it is normal to have a max home temp of 60 during sub zero weather. I do give them some slack because the labor market is tight right now.

This is a fantastic company to use for all your heating and air-conditioning needs. Yesterday, they came at 4:00 pm to do (what we thought) would be a simple inspection /cleaning etc. of my furnace. It turned out to be be MUCH more complicated and required special trips by three fantastic service technicians. Jacob Leftwich, Ryan Taylor and a third expert. One of the guys left to take care of another emergency job in Columbia City (at 9:30 pm). They did not want to leave me with no heat so the other two worked until they got it up and running and left at 11:00 pm. Why would I deal with any other company?? They stick with you until the job is done!!

I received a phone call today informing me that we have a past due balance of $250 and will be sent to collections if not paid by next week. We have been loyal paying customers for the past 20 years. We have had many appointments with them, even had a new furnace and A/C installed by them. We recently had work completed on our foundation and needed our furnace lifted to perform the work. Rolf Griffin screwed up the appointment, had a guy call in sick and did not notify us that they could not do the job that day...even though the foundation people were also coming the same day and we needed work on the furnace before the foundation work could be started. They eventually did send a guy out after we had to explain why it needed done that day. They had no plans on calling us to tell that they could not come as scheduled. So...to be told that I am being sent to collections for this...when they didn't offer to have us pay that day...and I never received a bill in the mail. I was not treated professionally by the person taking my payment today. I am NOT happy and WILL be looking for new HVAC company that knows how to treat their loyal customers.

I called this company and told them what was wrong as I set the appointment. I wanted my furnace blower motor replaced. I was told $99 for trip charge and then they would discuss the cost to repair from there. I agreed to that. Two people showed up in two different vehicles. It quickly became clear one was a repair man, and one had only the job of selling new units at exponential costs. I told the repair guy what was wrong. He proceeded to check the furnace, and determine what I said was right. He then stated that also my fan was dirty, and my furnace was old and other parts may fail soon. He said the blower motor needed replaced. I knew that already. Then he said may fan was dirty and it needed replaced. Then he said my exhaust motor would likely go out soon and it needed replaced. He then quoted me the parts only price for the blower motor I knew needed replaced at $900. And the fan at $600. Labor not included. I googled the cost for the motor and it was clearly under $300. I asked why the part price was so high, and was told A list customers get one price, and I was not A list so that's my price. Then the other guy did his thing, and tried to sell me an all new unit for literally what would have been half the value of my entire house, paid over 10 years. But service was included was the key. And a free humidifier was a topper. I only wanted heat for my children that night. At a fair price. When I couldn't afford what they were selling, they charged me $177, trip fee and diagnostic fee. They charged me $77 to tell me what I told them when they arrived. Even though I told them what was wrong from the start. In the end, I got the blower motor for $233 after tax, and cleaned the fan to like new quickly and for free. I bought wire strippers, and a quarter inch nut driver to do the fairly simple task they wanted $2000 to do. And it cost me $240 total to do it. Now my furnace is working better, and more quietly than when I moved in. Watching only one you tube video to learn how. This company doesn't care if your on a budget and your kids are cold. They only care about selling you a new furnace and AC for $25,000. I would not recommend this company if you just need a simple fix.

We were in a somewhat of an Emergency situation on the 3rd of November around 9:30pm!! My wife heard a noise coming from our Furnace room, so when she opened the door she notice water coming out of the bottom of our Water Heater! She called me to look at it, and when I saw what was happening I told her to call Rolf to see what we could do that night. The Rolf Rep said she would call a Tech person and have them call us! That is when we got a call from Mark who over the phone told us how to secure the system until he could replace it the next day. Mark said he would talked to dispatch in the morning and let me know if they could schedule us in that day. I gave all the information Mark needed to bring a new system with him. Rolf called me about 20 mins. before Mark was going to arrive. Mark arrived, and was very Professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do. Mark did a Great job taking old system out, and installing our new one. Mark is a great representative of Rolf with his knowledge, experience, and keeping the customer informed of the situation. We have been a Rolf customer for more than 35yrs!!

I called another AC Company first, they were very quick to condemn my system and try to sell me a new one. I called Rolf Griffin for a second opinion. Ryan L. had my old ac running in less than an hour, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Meanwhile Brad M. explained numerous options in case it was not repairable. No pressure, just good information. These guys saved me thousands (for now). I know I will call them when I need any HVAC service. THESE PEOPLE ARE HONEST.

$350 to install a $70 thermostat with less features than the existing one. Not even the same size so now touch up painting needed. Total rip-off, as far as the 100% service guarantee, I’ll be satisfied when you come get this overpriced thermostat. Just glad I won’t be using them to replace my AC unit next summer as I can only imagine how bad that would be overpriced.

I needed to get both my Air Condition and my Furnace serviced today all in one trip. I had two service techs and one trainee on the job, talk about service! Great bunch of guys, got in and got the work done and kept me in the loop through the whole process.Reliable Service work and great to work with! I was refereed to Rolf Griffin by my sister in law and they did not disappoint. Quinton with Rolf Griffin was awesome. He made the whole process super easy and really put me and my family at easy when purchasing a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he and I got everything organized to have the installers in. Rolf Griffin also really impressed me because we signed all the paperwork on a Friday and by Monday morning we were having it installed. We have been very pleased with all the Rolf Griffin staff we have gotten to work with. I highly recommend them!

I had my annual furnace checkup today. Seth Syndram did a great job explaining everything he did, and the general condition of the furnace. Also, I'm grateful to Rolf Griffin for the update calls, a courtesy that is not universal.

I cannot say enough about the service received. The tech was great at explaining everything and was polite and respectful. My grandparents used them and I have used them for decades. My granddaughter is buying a new home and I recommended them to her also. That is how impressed our family has been with them!

We have been customers for years. And Rolf Griffin has been wonderful the whole time. Any time we needed something they responded in a shorter time than they estimate. Our last technician Nick C., was very accommodating with our schedule, our dog and the rainy weather.

We signed up for the maintenance plan service. The service tech came out at the scheduled time, performed the scheduled maintenance on our furnace and was very friendly. My tech, Evan Bennett was great. He called ahead to give me an ETA (really important). Arrived at the given time, very knowledgeable, professional, and repaired a few plumbing issues in a timely manner.

Jacob came out today to do a yearly furnace tune up. Showed up on time, was extremely professional, didn't rush through things and was a nice and friendly technician. Thanks again!

I had a leaky faucet in my basement and called Rolf Griffin to send a plumber out to fix it. It turned out that the sink was too old to be repaired and my plumbing was not up to code (house was built in 1949, and everything was original). I also had a second sink in my basement - a large, deep farmhouse sink - that was hooked up to nonfunctional plumbing. Doug and Evan uninstalled my leaky sink, moved the farmhouse sink to another wall, and hooked it up with new plumbing so that we now have a functional sink that is up to code. They were very professional and did a great job. Apparently the farmhouse sink was made of concrete and was very heavy, and they moved that sink from one wall to another - extra points for the labor that took! Great company to work with.

My husband and I just just switched from electric heat to gas heat throughout the entire home. We had installed by Rolf Griffin a new furnace, a new water heater and an air conditioner. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of the service tech's Chad, Rafael, and Ryan. They were prompt and courteous each day. They reviewed at the end of each day what they had accomplished and what I could expect the next day. On the final day everything was explained in detail and the entire area was thoroughly cleaned. Great job guys. I enjoyed having you around! 👍

They were kind, quick and clean. Went above and beyond. The company has good finance options also if you can't pay up front. Would recommend to anyone in need of a quick fix, they work well around your schedule

They both were wonderful.Friday, April 19th Mark was here taking a look at a leak that has been causing damage to our home. Enough that we have to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Mark found the problem and has fixed it pretty easily. I love that this company doesn't lie and say the problem is more than it is so they could over charge. Rolf Griffin is an honest company, and for that I am grateful!!!

Our tech was fast efficient and courteous. He explained what he did, what he saw from our equipment and briefly talked of his recommendation.He was quiet as he worked and was done so fast we hardly knew he was doing his job.
