Not open on weekends as is states, and not 24hrs... Wanted backflow issue of drains in master shower and tub to wait till Monday.

There are several businesses that claim to help Service Members. Few of them actually do. Reese heating and plumbing is one that stands by their word. I am an Army Veteran and I just lost my job. 2 days ago my AC went out. I posted a call for help. Reese answered my call. Came out checked the problem for free and helped me set up a payment plan. Thanks Reese from Adam and family. HOO-AH

Not dependable at all. A/C issues, four weeks ago and after 1 visit narrowed down problem. Supposed to return, after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls still no response. I called again today and Cindy told me I was welcome to find someone else if I wished to!!. Customer service is a big zero and not deserving of anyone’s business.

Called another company, Brad LaSalle of AC Tech services responded within 2 hours, confirmed problem and will have a/c in the morning. That’s a respectable way to conduct a business and I highly recommend him

Do not ever use this company even in a desperate situation. I have seen bad companies, I have even seen some worst ones - this was - actually no words in the dictionary to describe them.
Took the money and did not do any of the work.
Having to call someone now to do it all over again

Amazing service, called in for my water heater replacement, they came over that same day told me what was wrong and how I could go about it, the price was way better then I thought it would be. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends, the lady’s in the office answered every question I had And worked on my claim in a timely manner. They all went above and beyond, will definitely be using them again

I used them for plumbing and my air conditioner issues for a couple of years without any problems. Every 3 months they came out to clear my pipes due to water backing up on my kitchen floor when I use my washing machine. The last time they came out the guy didn't know what to do. I had to tell him what to do. He went on my roof to clear out my pipes but he was unable to fix the problem. He suggested that they might have to dig up the kitchen floor to replace the pipes because they were clogged up with the roots from the trees. We starting going to the laundry mat to wash our clothes for months trying to decide what to do next. I finally decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion and to my surprise they were able to clear my pipes. They did not find any tree roots in my pipes. I haven't had anymore problems with my pipes since. I called Reese Plumbing to explain all the trouble we went through because of the guy they sent out but the lady I spoke to didn't show any concern at all. I will never use Reese's Plumbing again

Had them cancel an appointment on us twice. A/C went out, filed claim with warranty. They said this was the company that was going to be dealing with us and handling our ticket. Filed claim on a Thursday, earliest they could come was that Monday. That was fine and we understood. We talk with 2 different representatives and confirmed appointment. Its monday at noon comes by and we haven't heard anything. We call and they said we canceled out appointment. Which we didn't, why would we cancel our own appointment when we've been without A/C in the middle of August going on 5 days now. They said they would come out Wednesday. It's 2pm and we haven't heard anything. We call them and they simply said they wont be able to make it out so we took you off the schedule. This company doesn't even have the decency to call their customers. Wouldn't recommend them, terrible customer service.

Not only does the owner not blame himself or his Incompetent 2 sons for ANYTHING, but he constantly allows them to go out of town when they are supposed to be on call, leaving customers stranded, and allows a convicted felon (of theft) to run his office. Don't even use this company as a last resort, you'll just end up getting in a yelling match with the owner and getting legal counsel to get your money back.

The guy that came out to look at our AC unit was extremely rude and didn't have a clue what he was doing! Spent maybe 5 minutes here, said it was an electrical issue. Had an electrician come over and it was the outside unit that was tripping the electricity. Before they replaced out outside plumbing and never properly finished the job. Would NEVER recommend this company!!!!

Brandon was a life saver for me. I’m out of town so we had to set everything up over the phone. He was very professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. I have had sewer problems all week. He figured the problem out, and got the repair done for me in a couple of hours. His price for the job was more than fair. He did a good job of cleaning up as well.
I highly recommend Reese Plumbing Heating for any repairs or replacement services you might have.

Horrible technician with an even worse attitude. Called to speak to his boss only to find out that he is the freaking owner!!! The lady on the phone was great and very polite and deserves a raise for putting up with her rude boss. Go find another job from someone that will treat you and their customers better!!!! -5 stars!!!

i've used reese 3 times (to install toilets and fix water heater problems) and they've always done a good job and for my two emergencies they worked me in and saw me quickly the same day. they were very reasonable i thought on their price.

Pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. Called and sent work order from my home ins. And said they were not able to get to it until 2 days later at 1 p.m. they didn't show up until 5:30 p.m. finally arrived....and I explained what the problem was and he literally pushed a reset button and charged me $125.00. Wow!! Really thought they would take care of a customer better than that...I have used them before but this will be the last!!!

Horrible workmanship on my bathroom project. It had to be totally redone after these incompetent guys messed it up. The new toilet flange they installed was set too high and the toilet rocked on it. The shower they built was not to code and it leaked into the walls and had to be totally redone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE CHEAPER BECAUSE OF THEIR LOUSY WORKMANSHIP!

Had 4 plumbers try to fix an AC leak. The first guy made the problem worse. The next two didn't even try to fix it. Then Mike came. He walked in, looked at his phone, and drove off. And yes, the water is still leaking.

Had a water heater replaced under AHS warranty that they changed 11 months ago. The water heater is bad again and Reese will not honor the warranty listed on the product. After three days of clueless secretary’s giving me the run around now the Boss hard hearing “Rodney” verbally cussed me and my wife out and hung up on me. I am reporting the business to the BBB and I do not recommend anyone or any business do work with them!

My elderly Mother chose this guy without any input from me. I drove 1 hour to meet after starting job. Assured me he would take care of her. He wouldn't return phone calls, charged way more than thought reasonable, showed up @ 10:00 took 1 hour lunch, left at 4:00. My Mom very unhappy with. Would sue but don't want to spend anymore $$ & we don't ever want him on our property again. I WOULD AVOID DON'T LET THIS GUY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!

This company really showed me respect and went above and beyond to improve my the problems that I had. I highly recommend them for your plumbing or AC problems.

Great service, they made sure I was taken care of when my AC broke when it was 100 degrees outside. Also took care of my leaking wax seal for my toilet and was quick to make the call.

Unethical. Had them come to clean drain line in bathroom. Made up an excuse that there were tree roots that couldn't be cleaned out. Said we needed to tear out line and replace for a starting price of $6000. I pulled toilet and was able to unstop drain in 45 minutes. Never hire this company to do any work at your home.

Todd is a very honest and reliable man. If you want excellent customer service please call him. I have a terminal illness and he went above and beyond for me. A true angel. My air conditioner is working better than it ever has.
