Overpriced on a shower faucet install kit quote by a lot and initially wanted to do even more work before I told him it was unnecessary. The first guy that came to our house from this company we liked much better. He fixed our bathroom sink that had a clogged pipe. Wish we would have had him over for the shower

Trenton was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! He worked efficiently and effectively to unclog our drain. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us during an emergency! Highly highly recommend this Mr. Rooter and Trenton! Outstanding experience!

Did a great job.

One Sunday morning we realized water was overflowing from our guest toilet. We knew it was the main sewage line because it had happened before already.

I immediately messaged several companies via Yelp and this was one of the fastest responding companies. Good communication. They sent someone within 30 mins and took about 1 hour to fix the main sewage line which was clogged with roots. He made sure it worked before he left and charged us $129 which is reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

As a licensed electrical contractor I can recognize an exceptional company and Security Plumbing has to be one of the most professional and honest companies that I have hired to take care of a plumbing issue with one of my rentals and the office personnel are outstanding and easy to speak with in addition to Steve who in all my many years of hiring contractors could not have been more honest and helped me expedite my job and had also coordinated the work with the resident manager. Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job. The owner himself came out and took care of our garbage disposal. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional it was nice dealing with an experienced plumber and not a young technician. His prices were extremely reasonable even for a Saturday call.
